It is also an institution dedicated to developing projects for the conservation, education, and research of flora and fauna, such as the projects for the Cuvier's gazelle, the African elephant, and the Canary camel. Thanks to this last project, it is home to the largest camel reserve in Europe, where the benefits of camel milk for human health are being researched.

The park is open year-round and offers several restaurants, a children's play area, and a petting farm. A shuttle service is also provided (€6.50 p.p./pick-up times at each respective hotel, return trips at 4:30 PM and 5:30 PM). The distance from each hotel/resort is between 6-30 km (15-30 minute drive).

The well-known and very popular holiday resort consists of 6 building sections with a total of 310 accommodation units. Facilities include a reception, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, a restaurant, snack bar, mini-market, boutique, theater, as well as 2 swimming pools (heatable in winter), an activity pool, and a quiet pool (open seasonally) with sun terrace, sun loungers, and parasols.

The modern apartments (approx. 54 m²) are equipped with a combined living/bedroom with sleeping space for a 3rd/4th person, separate bedroom, satellite flat-screen TV, kitchenette with refrigerator, bathroom with bathtub/WC, rental safe, and a balcony or terrace (AA2). Also bookable for single occupancy (AA1), single/child occupancy (AAK), or as Type B (AB2—different occupancy).

The apartments are equipped like the Type A apartments and additionally feature a sea view (partially side sea view) (AC2). Also bookable for single occupancy (AC1) or single/child occupancy (ACK).

Super Saver Apartment

Equipped like the Type A apartments, but with limited availability and located in a less preferred position (SSA).

Apartment (FUEA06/FUEB20)

The comfortably furnished apartments feature a bath or shower/WC, a combined living/bedroom with 2 sofa beds (each 1.60m long), separate bedroom, telephone, TV, kitchenette, rental safe, and a balcony or terrace. Also bookable with optional sea view (2AM), for single occupancy (A11), or as a Saver Apartment (SSA max. 2 adults).
(1-bedroom apartment under FUEB20 can be booked for single occupancy (A11) or single+child (A1K)).

Breakfast and dinner in a varied buffet style (2 dinner seatings). Reduced late-riser breakfast from 10:00 AM – 10:30 AM.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet with hot and cold dishes (2 dinner seatings). The drink selection in the restaurant includes table wine, beer, mineral water, juices, and soft drinks.
A selection of good national/local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to the AI menu in the bar from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM. International drinks are also available (these are not included in the AI, but AI guests receive a special price). Afternoon portions of ice cream, sandwiches, and cakes at specified times.
The AI service is individual and therefore non-transferable. To avoid misunderstandings when ordering, visible wearing of wristbands is mandatory. Please order drinks individually and only one per person.
Children under 18 years do not receive alcohol. Fitness room included (18+).

Sports offerings within the animation program (ages 18+): Introductory diving in the pool, water polo, volleyball, football tennis, shuffleboard, boccia, darts, West Coast hike, aerobics, fitness program, spinning, and table tennis.

3 tennis courts with artificial grass/quartz sand (2 with floodlights), as well as tennis lessons and a diving school. Fitness room (ages 18+; included with All Inclusive).
Surf station and various water sports at the beach offered by local providers for a fee.
