Located directly on the sandy beach of Costa Calma (partially interrupted by cliffs and rock slabs). The "Centro Comercial Sotavento" shopping centre is located nearby. The airport is approx. 62 km away.

Well-known and very popular holiday complex consisting of 6 building sections with a total of 310 residential units. Facilities include a reception, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, restaurant, snack bar, mini-market, boutique, theatre and 2 swimming pools (heatable in winter), an activity pool and a quiet pool (open seasonally) with sun terrace, sun loungers and parasols.

The modern apartments (approx. 54 m²) are equipped with a combined living room/bedroom with sleeping accommodation for a 3rd/4th person, separate bedroom, satellite flat-screen TV, kitchenette with refrigerator, bathroom with bathtub/WC, rental safe and balcony or terrace (AA2). The apartments are equipped like the Type A apartments and additionally feature a sea view (partially also side sea view) (AC2). Also bookable for single occupancy (AC1) or single + child (ACK) occupancy.

Super saver apartment

Equipped like the Type A apartments, but have a limited quota and are located in a non-preferred position (SSA).

Apartment (FUEA06/FUEB20)

The comfortably furnished apartments feature a bath or shower/WC, a combined living/sleeping area with 2 sofa beds (each 1.60m long), separate bedroom, telephone, television, kitchenette, rental safe and balcony or terrace. Optionally also bookable with sea view (2AM), for single occupancy (A11) or as a saver apartment (SSA max. 2 adults).
(Apartment 1 bedroom under FUEB20 can be booked for single occupancy (A11) or single + child (A1K)).

Breakfast and dinner in varied buffet style (2 dinner times). From 10:00-10:30 reduced late riser breakfast.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner in buffet style with hot and cold dishes. (2 dinner times). The drinks offered in the restaurant include table wine, beer, table water, juices and soft drinks.
A selection of good national/local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to the AI menu at the bar from 11:00-23:00. International drinks are also available (these are not included in the AI, but AI guests receive a special price). In the afternoon at specific times, ice cream portions, sandwiches and cake.
The AI service is personalised and therefore non-transferable. To avoid misunderstandings when ordering, wearing the wristbands is mandatory. Please also order drinks individually and only per person.
