The hotel is situated on a gentle slope and the kilometer-long, gently sloping sandy beach of Costa Calma can be reached in approx. 300 meters. Adjacent is a shopping and entertainment center with restaurants, shops, bars, and discotheques. The airport can be reached in approx. 61 km.

The property, renovated in 2022, is a spacious complex consisting of 3 different living areas with 99 one or two-story units, a reception, and free Wi-Fi throughout the complex. The landscaped outdoor areas with palm trees offer 2 swimming pools (one heated in winter), an integrated children's pool, as well as sun loungers and umbrellas.

Studio

The inviting studios (approx. 21 sqm) consist of a combined living/sleeping area, satellite TV, a safe for a fee, a kitchenette with a refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave, a bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer, and a furnished balcony or terrace (S12). Also available for single occupancy (S11).

Equipped similarly to the studios, but more spacious (approx. 40 sqm) and with an additional separate bedroom and free safe (D2A). Also available for single occupancy (EDA).
