The hotel is located on a slight incline, and the kilometers-long, gently sloping sandy beach of Costa Calma can be reached after approx. 300 meters. Adjacent is a shopping and entertainment center with restaurants, shops, bars, and nightclubs. The airport is approx. 61 km away.

The extensive complex, renovated in 2022, consists of 3 different residential areas (with 99 one- or two-story residential units), a reception, and free Wi-Fi throughout the entire facility. The palm-lined outdoor areas offer 2 swimming pools (one of which can be heated in winter), an integrated children's pool, as well as sun loungers and parasols.

Studio

The inviting studios (approx. 21 m²) consist of a combined living/sleeping area, satellite TV, safe for a fee, kitchenette with refrigerator, coffee machine, and microwave, bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer, as well as a furnished balcony or terrace (S12). Also bookable for single occupancy (S11).
