The newly built 2024 apartment complex Punta Candor Suites in Rota is located just 100m from the golden Punta Candor beach. The beach is characterized by its dunes, pine forests, and impressive sunsets. Restaurants and bars can be found about a 10-minute walk away. The center of Rota is approximately 30 minutes away on foot (bus connection every half hour).
Jerez Airport is 30km away and Seville-San Pablo Airport is approximately 90km away.

The apartment complex, covering over 10,000m² and featuring 127 residential units, is equipped with 2 swimming pools (the main pool is 500m²), a restaurant-bar with a terrace and viewpoint, complimentary sun loungers by the pools and in the gardens, a multi-purpose room, and a reception with 24-hour security.

Studio Swim Up

The Swim Up Studios are approx. 41m² and consist of a living/bedroom with a sofa bed and an open kitchen (with microwave and refrigerator) as well as a double bed or two single beds. Further amenities include a bathroom/WC with shower, hairdryer, telephone, air conditioning/heating, and a terrace with direct pool access (sharing pool). (S12).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for young children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children booked into these room types.

Apartment Garden View 2 Bedrooms

The two-bedroom apartments offer the same amenities as the Sea View apartments, but include 2 WCs/showers or bathtubs as well as two separate bedrooms and have access to a private garden from the terrace (22G).
