The apartment complex Punta Candor Suites, newly built in 2024 in Rota, is located just 100m from the golden Punta Candor beach. The beach is characterized by its dunes, pine forests, and impressive Suns. Restaurants and bars are about a 10-minute walk away. The center of Rota is about a 30-minute walk away (bus connection every half hour).
Jerez Airport is 30km away, and Seville-San Pablo Airport is approximately 90km away.

The apartment complex, with over 10,000m² of built area and 127 residential units, is equipped with 2 swimming pools (the main pool is 500m²), a restaurant-bar with a terrace and viewpoint, free sun loungers by the pools and in the gardens, a multipurpose room, and a reception with 24-hour security service.

Accommodation

Studio Swim Up

The Swim Up Studios are approximately 41m² in size, consisting of a living/sleeping area with a sofa bed and an open-plan kitchen (with microwave and refrigerator) as well as a double bed or two single beds. Further amenities include a bathroom/WC with a shower, hairdryer, telephone, air conditioning/heating, and a terrace with direct pool access (sharing pool). These rooms are only bookable for adult guests and children aged 6 years and above (S12). Please note that your booked room has direct access to the sharing pool and there is no dedicated lifeguard. You are responsible for supervision if booking with children or non-swimmers.
