Location

The Punta Candor Suites, newly built in 2024, are located in Rota, just 100m from the golden Punta Candor beach. The beach is characterized by its dunes, pine forests, and impressive sunsets. Restaurants and bars are about a 10-minute walk away. The center of Rota is about a 30-minute walk away (bus connection every half hour).
Jerez Airport is 30 km away, and Seville-San Pablo Airport is approximately 90 km away.

The apartment complex, with over 10,000m² of built area and 127 residential units, is equipped with 2 swimming pools (the main pool is 500m²), a restaurant bar with a terrace and viewpoint, free sun loungers by the pools and in the gardens, a multi-purpose room, and a reception with 24-hour security service.

Accommodation

Studio Swim Up

The Swim Up Studios are approximately 41m² in size and consist of a living/bedroom with a sofa bed and an open-plan kitchen (with microwave and refrigerator), as well as a double bed or two single beds. Further amenities include a bathroom/WC with a shower, hairdryer, telephone, air conditioning/heating, and a terrace with direct pool access (shared pool). These rooms are only bookable for adult guests and children aged 6 and over (S12). Please note that your booked room has direct access to the shared pool and there is no dedicated lifeguard. If booking with children or non-swimmers, you are responsible for supervision.

The apartments feature a living/sleeping area with a kitchen (incl. refrigerator and microwave). Further amenities include a shower/WC and hairdryer, telephone, air conditioning/heating, and a balcony (2AM).

Garden View Apartment 2 Bedrooms

The two-bedroom apartments have the same amenities as the sea view apartments, but with 2WCs/showers or bathtubs, and two separate bedrooms, with access to a private garden from the terrace (22G). (Bookable as A22 under XRYA57).
Also available with sea view for an additional charge (22M).
