The Punta Candor Suites apartment complex, newly built in 2024, is located in Rota, just 100m from the golden Punta Candor beach. The beach is characterized by its dunes, pine forests, and impressive sunsets. Restaurants and bars are approximately a 10-minute walk away. The center of Rota is about a 30-minute walk away (bus service every half hour).
Jerez Airport is 30km away, and Seville-San Pablo Airport is approximately 90km away.

The apartment complex, with a construction area of over 10,000m² and 127 residential units, is equipped with 2 swimming pools (the main pool being 500m²), a restaurant bar with a terrace and viewpoint, free sun loungers by the pools and in the gardens, a multi-purpose room, and a reception with 24-hour security service.

Studio Swim Up

The Swim Up Studios are approximately 41m² in size, consisting of a living/bedroom area with a sofa bed and an open-plan kitchen (with microwave and refrigerator), as well as a double bed or two single beds. Further amenities include a bathroom/WC with a shower, hairdryer, telephone, air conditioning/heating, and a terrace with direct pool access (shared pool). (S12).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased risk for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen has a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.

The apartments feature a living/sleeping area with a kitchen (including refrigerator and microwave). Further amenities include a shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, air conditioning/heating, and a balcony (2AM).

Garden View Apartment 2 Bedrooms

The two-bedroom apartments have the same amenities as the sea view apartments, but feature 2WCs/showers or bathtubs, two separate bedrooms, and access to a private garden from the terrace (22G). (Bookable as A22 under XRYA57).
