The Punta Candor Suites apartment complex, newly built in 2024, is located in Rota, just 100m from the golden Punta Candor beach. The beach is characterized by its dunes, pine forests, and impressive sunsets. Restaurants and bars are about a 10-minute walk away. The center of Rota is about a 30-minute walk away (bus connection every half hour).
Jerez Airport is 30 km away and Seville-San Pablo Airport is about 90 km away.

The apartment complex, with over 10,000m² of built area and 127 residential units, is equipped with 2 swimming pools (the main pool being 500m²), a restaurant-bar with a terrace and viewpoint, free loungers by the pools and in the gardens, a multi-purpose room, and a reception with a 24-hour security service.

Accommodation

Studio Swim Up

The Swim Up Studios are approx. 41m², consisting of a living/sleeping area with a sofa bed and an open-plan kitchen (with microwave and refrigerator), as well as a double bed or two single beds. Further amenities include a bathroom/WC with a shower, hairdryer, telephone, air conditioning/heating, and a terrace with direct pool access (shared pool). These rooms are only bookable for adult guests and children aged 6 and over (S12). Please note that your booked room has direct access to the shared pool, and there is no dedicated lifeguard. If booking with children or non-swimmers, you are responsible for supervision.

The apartments have a living/sleeping area with a kitchen (including refrigerator and microwave). Further amenities include a shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, air conditioning/heating, and a balcony (2AM).

Apartment Garden View 2 Bedrooms

The apartments with two bedrooms have the same amenities as the sea view apartments, but feature 2 WCs/showers or bathtubs, two separate bedrooms, and access to a private garden from the terrace (22G). (Bookable as A22 under XRYA57).
