The complex has a total of 300 apartments, spread across several 3-story buildings. It features a reception with safety deposit boxes for rent, elevator, bar, Wi-Fi (included throughout the complex), a restaurant, and a snack bar. The outdoor area includes 2 saltwater swimming pools, a separate children's pool (freshwater), a sunbathing lawn, and a pool bar (June-Sept). Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool, available for a fee on the beach.

The apartments are mostly renovated and feature a bathroom/WC, a living/sleeping area with a sofa bed, a separate bedroom, a kitchenette, a dining area, telephone, safety deposit box for rent, satellite TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi (included), and a balcony or terrace.

Arrival by car

Directions from Jerez Airport (XRY):
Leave the airport premises and take the A4/A48 (N IV, E5) towards Jerez de la Frontera/Cádiz (via the bridge). Bypass Jerez and you will see Jerez Hospital on your right; this road becomes a 4-lane highway (A4 towards Cádiz/Algeciras). This will take you past El Puerto de Santa Maria, Puerto Real, and San Fernando (merge left onto the A4 here as the road splits), and Chiclana. After Chiclana, take the "Playa La Barrosa" exit. Leave the A4/N340 here and follow the signs for "La Barrosa". After approx. 10 km, you will reach the Novo Sancti Petri/La Barrosa hotel zone. There you will find all hotels along the coastal road (hotels are signposted). The northernmost hotels (located on the right side of the coast) are Vincci Costa Golf and Valentin. Las Dunas is located behind the same access road as Valentin. Travel time approx. 50 min./approx. 45 km.
Directions from Malaga Airport (AGP):
Leave the airport premises and take the N340 towards Cádiz, continue on this road (approx. 1.5 km) until you reach the A7 Algeciras/Cádiz motorway entrance and merge onto the motorway. Behind the town of Benalmádena, it splits into four lanes. Use the right lane and stay on the A7. Alternatively, you can take the AP7 from here, which is a toll road (approx. €8) and leads in the same direction. Always follow the road signs towards Algeciras. Upon arrival in Algeciras (approx. 120 km from Malaga Airport), the motorway ends and automatically becomes a country road (N340 Cádiz). Continue to follow this coastal road towards Cádiz. Drive past Tarifa, later past Vejer de la Frontera and Conil de la Frontera until you see the "Playa la Barrosa" exit about 5 minutes after Conil. Leave the N340 here and drive towards "Playa la Barrosa". The road will lead you to the Novo Sancti Petri/La Barrosa hotel zone. There you will find the Hotel Las Dunas. Travel time: approx. 170 min./approx. 235 km.
