The complex has a total of 300 apartments, spread across several 3-story buildings. There is a reception with safety deposit boxes for rent, elevator, bar, Wi-Fi (included throughout the complex), a restaurant, and a snack bar. The outdoor area features 2 saltwater swimming pools, a separate children's pool (freshwater), a sunbathing lawn, and a pool bar (June-September). Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool, available for a fee on the beach.

The apartments have mostly been renovated and feature a bathroom/WC, a living/sleeping area with a sofa bed, a separate bedroom, kitchenette, dining area, telephone, safety deposit box for rent, satellite TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi (included), and a balcony or terrace.
