The 3-story luxury hotel features 47 Premium double rooms (with various views) as well as 72 Superior rooms (Red Level), including suites and presidential suites. The spacious outdoor area includes 1 freshwater swimming pool with a children's pool, a pool/snack bar, and sun terraces with sun loungers and parasols. In the main building, an elegant lobby awaits you with a reception, hotel safes, and elevators (in the inner courtyard). Amenities include shopping areas with a kiosk, beauty salon, boutique, and hairdresser, as well as an extensive gastronomic area with a café, bar, and a total of 3 restaurants (1 buffet restaurant "El Patio" as well as 2 à la carte restaurants, "Entrevientos" and the beach restaurant "Duna Beach"), an à la carte snack bar "Don Fernando", a rooftop restaurant "Entrecielos" with a small menu, and the restaurant "Alevante" with a tasting menu (awarded with 2 Michelin stars), as well as a pool bar.
