The 3-story luxury hotel has 47 Premium double rooms (with different views) and 72 Superior rooms (Red Level), including suites and presidential suites. The extensive outdoor area features 1 freshwater swimming pool with a children's pool, a pool/snack bar, and sun terraces with loungers and umbrellas. The main building houses an elegant lobby with reception, hotel safes, and elevators (in the inner courtyard). Facilities include commercial areas with a kiosk, beauty salon, boutique, and hairdresser, as well as an extensive gastronomic area with a café, bar, and a total of 3 restaurants (1 buffet restaurant "El Patio" and 2 à la carte restaurants, "Entrevientos" and the beach restaurant "Duna Beach"), an à la carte snack bar "Don Fernando", a rooftop restaurant "Entrecielos" with a small menu, and the restaurant "Alevante" with a tasting menu (awarded 2 Michelin stars), as well as a pool bar.
