The lovingly managed hotel is located above the beautiful beach. Beach access is available via stairs. A road runs in front of the hotel, from which the nearby town center of "Conil de la Frontera" can be reached in just a few minutes. Conil de la Frontera entices visitors with its various restaurants and tapas bars.

The terraced complex consists of a main building and annexes. Decorated in a modern boho style, the hotel features 193 rooms, a lobby with reception, an elevator, a restaurant, a terrace where meals can be enjoyed in a cozy atmosphere, and a bar. Located in the garden area facing the sea is the freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, a lawn area with sun loungers and parasols (included by the pool), as well as a sun terrace with Balinese beds (for a fee) and a pool bar.

The double rooms are located on the first floor and feature a bath/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, 32” LCD satellite TV, telephone, safe, minibar (for a fee), Wi-Fi (included), and balcony. (D/2KD/KD)

Super saver room

The super saver rooms have the same facilities as the double rooms but are slightly smaller, have a max. occupancy of 2 people, and are located on the ground floor of the annex building with a small terrace. (SSZ) Also bookable as a super saver room for single use. (SSE)

Double room Style

The renovated double rooms Style have the same facilities as the double rooms but are located in the main or annex building and feature modern decor as well as a shower (DA).

Double room Style sea view

The renovated double rooms Style sea view have the same facilities as the double rooms Style, are located in the main or annex building, and feature a sea view. (DM)

Double room Style sea view, terrace + whirlpool

The double rooms Style sea view terrace whirlpool are located in the main building and, in addition to the same facilities as the double rooms sea view Style, have a private whirlpool on the roof terrace (access via spiral staircase from the balcony) and a sea view. (DMU).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased potential danger for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children booked into these room types.

The double rooms Duplex feature two bedrooms across two floors (facilities same as the double rooms) and two bathrooms, as well as a living room with a kitchenette and terrace. (QX2)
