This lovingly managed hotel is located above the beautiful beach. Access to the beach is via stairs. A road runs in front of the hotel, allowing quick access to the nearby village center of "Conil de la Frontera" in just a few minutes. Conil de la Frontera entices visitors with its diverse restaurants and tapas bars.

The terraced complex consists of a main building and annexes. Decorated in a modern boho style, the hotel features 193 rooms, a lobby with reception, an elevator, a restaurant and a terrace where meals can be enjoyed in a cozy atmosphere, and a bar. Located in the garden area facing the sea is a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, a lawn with loungers and sunshades (included by the pool), as well as a sun terrace with Balinese beds (for a fee) and a pool bar.

The double rooms are located on the first floor and are equipped with bath/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, 32” LCD satellite TV, telephone, safe, minibar (for a fee), Wi-Fi (included), and balcony. (D/2KD/KD)

Super saver room

The super saver rooms have the same facilities as the double rooms but are slightly smaller, have a maximum occupancy of 2 people, and are located on the ground floor of the annex with a small terrace. (SSZ) Also available for single use. (SSE)

Double room Style

With the same facilities as the double rooms, the renovated Style double rooms are located in the main or annex building and feature modern decor and a shower (DA).

Double room Style sea view

With the same facilities as the Style double rooms, these renovated rooms are located in the main or annex building and offer a sea view. (DM)

Double room Style sea view, terrace + whirlpool

Located in the main building, these rooms have the same facilities as the Style double rooms with sea view, plus a private whirlpool on the roof terrace (access via spiral staircase from the balcony) and sea view. (DMU).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present a higher potential risk for small children.
For this reason, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types for safety reasons.

The double duplex rooms feature two bedrooms on two floors (facilities same as standard double rooms), two bathrooms, as well as a living room with kitchenette and terrace. (QX2)
