Location

The beach of Sa Coma and the town center are approx. 1 km away. A regular bus service to the beach is included in July and August.

Facilities

The holiday complex features 136 rooms distributed across several two and three-story buildings and offers guests a 24-hour reception, a restaurant, a bar/snack bar, and an amphitheater. The outdoor area includes a pool complex as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols.

Destination information

A tourism tax, comparable to a local visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is € 2.20-4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (Nov 1 - Apr 30), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the person making the booking is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions via Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
