The beach of Sa Coma and the center are about 1 km away. A regular bus service to the beach is included in July and August.

The holiday complex has 136 rooms in several two- and three-story buildings and offers its guests a 24-hour reception, a restaurant, a bar/snackbar, and an amphitheater. In the outdoor area, there is a pool landscape and a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas.

A tourism tax, similar to a visitor's tax, is to be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it amounts to €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
