Location

The hotel is located in a quiet area of Sa Coma, just approx. 500 m from the beach and 200 m from the town centre of S’Illot. Numerous shopping and leisure opportunities are in the immediate vicinity. Palma airport is approximately 68 km away, and the next larger town, Manacor, can be reached after about 17 km.

This charming 4-star hotel was partially renovated (communal areas) for summer 2026 and consists of the sections Caprice Sa Coma Park and Mariant Park (PMI147). It offers 163 comfortable rooms spread across four floors. Facilities include a welcoming lobby with a 24-hour reception, a restaurant, a snack bar, and complimentary Wi-Fi. The outdoor area features a well-maintained garden as well as an outdoor pool with a sun terrace, sunbathing area, and comfortable loungers.

The double rooms are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (centrally controlled), mini-fridge, satellite TV, telephone, rental safe, and a balcony or terrace (D).

Destination information

A tourist tax, comparable to a local tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is € 2.20-4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person for guests aged 16 and over.
The tax is reduced by 50% from the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
