Location

The hotel is located in a quiet area of Sa Coma, just about 500 m from the beach and 200 m from the town center of S’Illot. Numerous shopping and leisure opportunities are in the immediate vicinity. Palma airport is about 68 km away, and the next larger town, Manacor, can be reached in about 17 km.

The charming 4-star hotel was partially renovated (communal areas) and divided for the summer of 2026, consisting of the sections Caprice Sa Coma Park and Mariant Park (PMI147). It offers 163 comfortable rooms spread over four floors. Amenities include a friendly lobby with a 24-hour reception, a restaurant, a snack bar, and complimentary Wi-Fi. The outdoor area features a well-maintained garden as well as an outdoor pool with a sun terrace, lawn area, and comfortable loungers.

Destination information

A tourist tax, comparable to a local tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is € 2.20 - € 4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person for guests aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
