Location

In the north of the island in an exceptionally beautiful location right by the sea between the Bay of Pollença and the Albufereta Nature Park. Numerous shopping and entertainment options can be found in Alcudia, approx. 3 km away, and in Port de Pollença, approx. 4 km away. A bus stop is located directly in front of the complex. The beautiful S'Albufera Nature Park is approx. 8 km away.

The extensive complex covers 85,000 m² and features 532 rooms spread across a main building and several detached villas and row bungalows. The main building houses the 24-hour reception with comfortable seating areas, 2 bars, 2 buffet restaurants, and a snack bar (à la carte). There are a total of 4 pools in the beautiful outdoor area (one of which is heated). Highlights include the innovative biodesign pool, which blends harmoniously into the natural surroundings and impresses with its sustainable design using ecological materials, and the infinity pool for adults only. A pool bar and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols are also available.

Elegantly furnished and spacious, these rooms additionally offer a sofa bed (room size approx. 40 m², room code: DSU).

Village Family Suite

Offering the same amenities as the Village Double Rooms, these include a spacious living area and a separate bedroom. (approx. 44 m², room code: SF2).

Village Double Room with Private Garden (PMI828)

These comfortable rooms feature a rental safe, air conditioning, minibar (for a fee), sofa bed, shower/WC, hairdryer, and a terrace with a private garden (DSB). Also available for single occupancy (E1S).

Suite with Private Pool (PMI828)

The suite is approx. 44 m² and offers a terrace equipped with a table, chairs, cushions, and—as a new feature—a mini-pool, ideal for relaxing and refreshing in the open air at any time of day. The suites consist of a bedroom with two beds and a separate living room with two sofa beds. They are equipped with a fully appointed master bathroom and an additional toilet, both with a hairdryer and toiletries. For added comfort, the suite includes air conditioning and/or heating, a ceiling fan, refrigerator, telephone, satellite TV in both the bedroom and living room, free Wi-Fi access, and a safe (SP2).

Destination information

A tourist tax, comparable to a spa tax, must be paid by the guest locally.
Depending on the hotel category, it is € 2.20-4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person for guests aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (Nov 1 – Apr 30), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking party is obligated to inquire about any additional applicable conditions via Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
