Located in the north of the island in an exceptionally beautiful spot directly by the sea between the Bay of Pollença and the Albufereta Nature Reserve. Numerous shopping and entertainment venues can be found in Alcudia, approx. 3 km away, and in Port de Pollença, approx. 4 km away. A bus stop is located directly in front of the complex. The beautiful S'Albufera Nature Reserve is approx. 8 km away.

The extensive complex covers 85,000 m² and features 532 rooms spread across a main building and several detached villas and row bungalows. The main building houses a 24-hour reception with cozy seating areas, 2 bars, 2 buffet restaurants, and a snack bar (à la carte). The beautiful outdoor area features a total of 4 pools (one of which is heatable). Highlights include the innovative biodesign pool, which blends harmoniously into the natural surroundings and impresses with its sustainable design using ecological materials, as well as an infinity pool exclusively for adults. A pool bar and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols are also available.

Elegantly furnished and spacious, these rooms also feature a sofa bed (room size approx. 40 m², room code: DSU).
Also available for single use (DSE) at an extra charge and as Type I (DSI) at the current daily rate.

Village Family Suite

With the same facilities as the Village Double Rooms, these offer a generous living area and a separate bedroom (approx. 44 m², room code: SF2).

Village Double Room with Private Garden (PMI828)

The cozy rooms feature a rental safe, air conditioning, minibar (for a fee), sofa bed, shower/WC, hairdryer, and a terrace with a private garden (DSB). Also available for single use (E1S).

Suite with Private Pool (PMI828)

The suite is approx. 44 m² and offers a terrace equipped with a table, chairs, seat cushions, and—as a new feature—a mini-pool, perfect for relaxing and refreshing outdoors at any time of day. The suites consist of a bedroom with two beds and a separate living room with two sofa beds. They are equipped with a fully appointed main bathroom and an additional toilet, both with a hairdryer and toiletries. For added comfort, the suite includes air conditioning and/or heating, a ceiling fan, refrigerator, telephone, satellite TV in both the bedroom and living room, free Wi-Fi access, and a safe (SP2).

Destination information

A tourism tax, similar to a local visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on-site.
Depending on the hotel category, this is € 2.20-4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person from age 16.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (Nov 1st – April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not permitted. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the person booking the trip is obliged to inquire about any additional conditions that may apply via Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency prior to completing the booking.
