Quietly located near Balneario 8. Only about 150 m from the beautiful sandy beach of Playa de Palma. Shopping and entertainment options are in the immediate vicinity. The wonderful old town with the historic cathedral of Palma is only about 14 km away and is always worth a trip.

This family-run hotel is suitable for both beach lovers and active vacationers alike, offering 105 rooms across 7 floors, 2 lifts, a lobby with reception, a restaurant, a TV room, and a bar. Outside, there is a pool and a large terrace with sun loungers and parasols. Bali beds are available for a fee.

Double room

The friendly, warm-colored rooms offer a bath/shower/WC, TV, telephone, minibar (for a fee), air conditioning, safe, and a balcony or terrace (room size approx. 20 m², room code: D). Also bookable for single use (DE) or with a sea view on the 4th–6th floors (room size approx. 23 m², room code: DM) for an extra charge.

Superior double room sea view upper floor

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are located on the 7th floor and offer a bottle of water upon arrival, coffee machine, and bathrobe, as well as access to the roof terrace with whirlpool and sun loungers. Spa admission is free. (Room size approx. 31 m², room code: XO2)

Destination information

A tourist tax, comparable to a local visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it amounts to € 2.20–4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (Nov 1st–Apr 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the person making the booking is obliged to ask about any additional applicable conditions via Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
