Location

Quiet location, at the level of Balneario 8. Only about 150 m from the beautiful sandy beach of Playa de Palma. Shops and entertainment facilities are in the immediate vicinity. The wonderful old town with its historic cathedral of Palma is only about 14 km away and is always worth a visit.

Facilities

The family-run hotel is suitable for beach lovers and active holidaymakers alike, offering 105 rooms on 7 floors, 2 lifts, a lobby with reception, a restaurant, a TV room, and a bar. Outside there is a pool and a large terrace with loungers and umbrellas. Bali beds are available for a fee.

Double room

The friendly rooms, decorated in warm colours, offer a bath/shower/WC, TV, telephone, minibar (for a fee), air conditioning, safe, and a balcony or terrace (room size approx. 20 m², room code: D). Single use (DE) or with sea view on the 4th-6th floor (room size approx. 23 m², room code: DM) are also available at an extra charge.

Double room Superior sea view upper floor

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are located on the 7th floor and offer a bottle of water on arrival, a coffee machine and a bathrobe, as well as access to the roof terrace with a whirlpool and sun loungers. Entry to the spa is free. (Room size approx. 31 m², room code: XO2)

Additional notice

A tourism tax, comparable to a visitor's tax, is to be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is € 2.20-4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
