Location

Located near Balneario 8 and only about 400 m from the kilometer-long, fine sandy beach. Numerous restaurants, bars, and shopping and entertainment facilities are nearby.

Facilities

The modern hotel places great emphasis on hospitality and gastronomy, offering a place for unforgettable holidays along with its many other facilities. Our guests can expect 227 rooms on 5 floors, a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a bar, 3 lifts, a lounge with TV, and a buffet restaurant. Outside, there is a pool with a whirlpool, a terrace with loungers and umbrellas, Bali beds (for a fee), and a pool bar. The highlight by the pool is also the food truck with excellent snacks and specialties.

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are more spacious (room size approx. 22 sqm, DSU).

Family Room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are slightly more spacious, renovated, and additionally feature a sofa bed (room code: DF2).

Economy Double Room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are available at a reduced price (room code: SSZ).

Single room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are smaller and feature a single bed (room code: E).

Additional Information

A tourism tax, similar to a spa tax, is to be paid locally by the guest.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Minors traveling alone are not permitted. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking registrant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
