At the height of Balneario 8 and only about 400 m from the kilometer-long fine sandy beach. Numerous restaurants, bars, shopping and entertainment opportunities are nearby.

The modern hotel places great emphasis on hospitality and gastronomy, offering a place for unforgettable holidays alongside its many other facilities. Our guests can also expect 227 rooms on 5 floors, a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a bar, 3 elevators, a lounge with TV, and a buffet restaurant. Outdoors, there is a pool with a whirlpool, a terrace with loungers and umbrellas, Bali beds (for a fee), and a pool bar. The highlight by the pool is also the food truck with excellent snacks and specialties.

The modern and comfortably furnished rooms offer bath/shower/toilet, TV, air conditioning, telephone, minibar (for a fee), safe, and balcony (room size approx. 14 m², room code: D).
Available for single use (DE) or with pool view (PD) for an extra charge.

Double room Superior

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are more spacious (room size approx. 22 m², DSU).

Family room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are slightly more spacious, renovated, and additionally feature a sofa bed (room code: DF2).

Super-Saver room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these can be booked at a reduced price (room code: SSZ).

Single room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are smaller and have a single bed (room code: E).

Additional Note

A tourism tax, comparable to a visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (November 1 - April 30), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Minors traveling alone are not permitted. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not legal guardians, the booking registrant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions via schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
