The recently modernized hotel offers a dreamlike view of the unique bay of Palma. The particularly attentive staff warmly welcomes its guests and contributes to a carefree holiday feeling. The elegant hotel offers 122 rooms on five floors, a large lobby with a 24-hour reception, two elevators, spacious lounges, a buffet restaurant, and a bar with a beautiful sea view. The outdoor area includes a pool, a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas, Balinese beds (for a fee), and a pool bar.

The comfortable rooms are bright and tastefully furnished, equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, air conditioning/heating, mini-fridge, TV, safe, and a furnished balcony facing the sea (room size approx. 23m². Room code: DY2).
Also available for single use at an additional charge (DY1).

Sea view suite

With the same amenities as the double rooms, but with higher quality furnishings including a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities, and an additional living/sleeping area with a sofa bed (room size approx. 38m², room code: S2M).

Junior Suite Sea View (PMIA95)

Otherwise similar to the double rooms, these are more spacious and offer sea views along with a small seating area and tea/coffee making facilities (J2M).

Rich and varied buffets for breakfast and dinner with cold and hot dishes, including show cooking. Occasional themed evenings.

Additional Information

A tourist tax, comparable to a city tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
