The recently modernized adults-only hotel offers a fantastic view of the unique Bay of Palma. The particularly attentive staff welcomes guests warmly and contributes to a carefree holiday feeling. The elegant hotel offers 122 rooms over five floors, a large lobby with a 24-hour reception, two elevators, spacious lounges, a buffet restaurant, and a bar with a beautiful sea view. In the outdoor area, there is a pool, a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols, Bali beds (for a fee), and a pool bar.

The comfortable rooms are bright and tastefully furnished and equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, air conditioning/heating, mini-fridge, TV, safe, and a furnished balcony facing the sea (room size approx. 23m². Room code: DY2).
Also bookable for single use (DY1) for an extra charge.

Suite with sea view

With the same amenities as the double rooms, featuring higher-quality furnishings including an electric kettle as well as coffee and tea-making facilities and an additional living/sleeping room with a sofa bed (room size approx. 38m², room code: S2M).

Junior suite with sea view (PMIA95)

Otherwise similar in equipment to the double rooms, these are more spacious and offer, in addition to a small seating area and coffee and tea-making facilities, a sea view (J2M).

Destination information

A tourism tax, comparable to a visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on-site.
Depending on the hotel category, this is € 2.20-4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person for guests aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the person making the booking is obliged to inquire about any additional conditions that may apply via Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
