Located near Balneario 7 and only about 200m from the fine, gently sloping sandy beach. Entertainment options such as cafes, restaurants, and shops for a stroll are nearby. An excursion to the island's capital, Palma, with its historic old town and magnificent cathedral, is always worthwhile. Good bus connections are available about 200m away.

The 4-star hotel, particularly popular with couples and cyclists, offers 180 rooms on 12 floors, a lobby with a reception and comfortable seating, 2 elevators, a panoramic outdoor elevator, a bar with TV, and a restaurant. Outdoors, there is a pool set in a small garden, a sunbathing lawn with loungers and umbrellas, a terrace, and a snack bar. The absolute highlight is the rooftop terrace on the 13th floor, newly built in summer 2020, with the "OKUN" Sky Restaurant, the "OKUN" Bar, and unique views of the beautiful bay of Palma.

Additional Information

A tourist tax, similar to a spa tax, is to be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Minors traveling alone are not permitted. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
