Location

At the level of Balneario 7 and only about 200 m from the fine, gently sloping sandy beach. Entertainment options such as cafes, restaurants, and shops for a stroll are nearby. An excursion to the island capital Palma with its historic old town and magnificent cathedral is always worthwhile. There is good bus connections about 200 m away for this.

The 4-star hotel, particularly popular with couples and cyclists, offers 180 rooms on 12 floors, a lobby with reception and cozy seating areas, 2 elevators, a panoramic outdoor elevator, a bar with TV, and a restaurant. Outside, there is a pool nestled in a small garden, a sunbathing lawn with loungers and umbrellas, a terrace, and a snack bar. The absolute highlight is the roof terrace on the 13th floor, newly created in summer 2020, with the "OKUN" Sky Restaurant, the "OKUN" Bar, and a unique view of the beautiful bay of Palma.

Double room

The comfortable rooms leave nothing to be desired for a relaxing holiday and are equipped with bath/WC, hairdryer, TV, telephone, air conditioning/heating (central), rental safe, refrigerator, and balcony (D). Double occupancy (DE) can also be booked for an additional charge (room size approx. 18 m²).

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are located on the 6th floor or higher and mostly offer a side sea view (room size approx. 18 m², room code: D2S).

Super saver room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are located in a less preferred position (1st-2nd floor with street view) (room size approx. 18 m², room code: SSZ).

Additional Note

A tourism tax, comparable to a spa tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the fee is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the fee is reduced by 75%.
