In the Playa de Muro resort area, only approx. 250 m from the long, fine sandy beach with a shallow slope of Playa de Muro. Restaurants, bars, and shops are in the immediate vicinity. A good public bus connection to the port of Alcudia and to Can Picafort is available 150 m away.

The apartment complex, partially renovated for Summer 2025, has a total of 150 units spread across 2 buildings with 4 floors each and offers a 24-hour reception, a bar, 2 lifts, a lounge, and a restaurant. The outdoor area features 2 pools, sun terraces with loungers and parasols.

Premium Studio (PMIB13)

These are equipped with a bath or shower/WC, sofa bed, kitchenette, air conditioning/heating, safe (for a fee), satellite TV, hairdryer, and balcony or terrace (PX2). The room code AST can only be booked with brunch.

Premium Apartment (PMIB13)

These are equipped with a bedroom, bathroom, living room with a double sofa bed, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The room also has air conditioning/heating, a safe (for a fee), telephone, satellite TV, and a balcony or terrace (2PA). The room code A2I can only be booked with brunch.

Destination information

A tourism tax, similar to a tourist tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
During the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking registrant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
