In the resort area of Playa de Muro, only approx. 250 m from the long, fine sandy beach with a shallow slope of Playa de Muro. Restaurants, bars and shops are in the immediate vicinity. A good public bus connection to the port of Alcudia and to Can Picafort is located 150m away.

The apartment complex, partially renovated for Summer 2025, has a total of 150 residential units spread over 2 buildings with 4 floors each and offers a 24-hour reception, a bar, 2 lifts, a lounge and a restaurant. In the outdoor area, there are 2 pools, sun terraces with loungers and umbrellas.

Premium Apartment (PMIB13)

Additional Note

A tourism tax, comparable to a tourist tax, is to be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
