Directly on the long, fine sandy beach and only approx. 200 m from the S’Albufera nature reserve with its hiking trails. Can Picafort, 5 km away, and Puerto de Alcudia, 6 km away, are easily reachable by local bus. Some shops and restaurants are also in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

The tastefully furnished resort consists of a total of 3 hotel complexes. The hotel offers 344 rooms on 6 floors, the aparthotel 144 apartments on 4 floors and the Suites offers 77 suites on 6 floors. The resort offers a lobby with reception, lifts, a lounge with a bar and a terrace, a supermarket and a restaurant with sea view and terrace. The well-kept 60,000 m² garden area with old trees offers 3 pools with separate children's pool (heated indoor pool in low/shoulder season), sun terrace with loungers and parasols, and a pool bar.

Equipped like the double rooms, these are located on the upper floors and have a side sea view (DSO)

Single room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these have a single bed, are smaller and have a balcony (E).

Apartment

Renovated in winter 2024/25 and furnished in a modern style. Equipped with a living/sleeping area, a kitchenette (microwave, capsule coffee machine, toaster, small fridge), a separate bedroom, shower/toilet, hairdryer, TV and balcony or terrace. The apartments are located in the apartment building. (A12). Also bookable at an extra charge with a side sea view (2AS).

Super Saver Room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these can be booked at a reduced price, but without a balcony (SSZ)

Additional Note

A tourism tax, comparable to a spa tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the travel registrant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
