Location

Directly on the long, fine sandy beach and only approx. 200 m from the S’Albufera nature reserve with its walking paths. Can Picafort, 5 km away, and Puerto de Alcudia, 6 km away, are easily accessible by local bus. Some shops and restaurants are also located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

The hotel offers 344 rooms on 6 floors, the aparthotel 144 apartments on 4 floors, and the Suites offers 77 suites on 6 floors. The resort offers a lobby with reception, elevators, a lounge with a bar and a terrace, a supermarket, and a restaurant with sea view and terrace. The well-maintained 60,000 m² garden area with mature trees offers 3 swimming pools with a separate children's pool (heated indoor pool in early/late season), sun terrace with loungers and parasols, and a pool bar.

The double rooms are equipped with air conditioning/heating (central), safe, minibar (for a fee, on request), telephone, TV, shower/WC, hairdryer, and balcony or terrace (D).

Equipped like the double rooms, these are located on the upper floors and have a side sea view (DSO).

Single Room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these have a single bed, are smaller, and feature a balcony (E).

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these consist of a combined living and sleeping area, are located in the Suites building, and are additionally equipped with a kettle and a capsule coffee machine (J2S).

Apartment

Renovated in Winter 2024/25 and furnished in a modern style. Equipped with a living/sleeping area, a kitchenette (microwave, capsule coffee machine, toaster, small refrigerator), a separate bedroom, shower/WC, hairdryer, TV, and balcony or terrace. The apartments are located in the apartment building (A12). Also available with side sea view at an additional charge (2AS).

Super Saver Room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are available at a reduced price, but without a balcony (SSZ).

Destination information

A tourism tax, similar to a tourist tax, is to be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the fee is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the fee is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions via schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.

Seasonal information
