Location

Directly on the long, fine sandy beach and only approx. 200 m from the S’Albufera nature reserve with its hiking trails. Can Picafort (5 km away) and Puerto de Alcudia (6 km away) are easily accessible by public bus. Some shops and restaurants are also located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

The hotel offers 344 rooms over 6 floors, the aparthotel 144 apartments over 4 floors, and the suites offer 77 suites over 6 floors. The resort features a lobby with reception, lifts, a lounge with a bar and a terrace, a supermarket, and a restaurant with a sea view and terrace (June-September, weather permitting). The well-maintained 60,000 m² garden area with mature trees offers 3 pools, each with a separate children's pool (heated indoor pool in the pre-/post-season), a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols, as well as a pool bar.

The double rooms are equipped with air conditioning/heating (central), safe, minibar (for a fee, on request), telephone, TV, shower/WC, hairdryer, and a balcony or terrace (D).

Equipped like the double rooms, these are located on the upper floors and have a partial sea view (DSO).

Single room

With the same features as the double rooms, these offer a single bed, are smaller, and feature a balcony (E).

Junior suite partial sea view

With the same features as the double rooms, these consist of a combined living/sleeping area and are located in the suite building; they are additionally equipped with an electric kettle and a capsule coffee machine (J2S).

Apartment

Equipped with a living/sleeping area, a kitchenette (microwave, capsule coffee machine, toaster, small refrigerator), a separate bedroom, shower/WC, hairdryer, TV, and a balcony or terrace. The apartments are located in the apartment building (A12). Also available with a partial sea view for an additional charge (2AS).

Super saver room

With the same features as the double rooms, these are available at a reduced price but without a balcony (SSZ).

Destination information

A tourism tax, comparable to a visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it amounts to € 2.20-4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person from 16 years of age.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not legal guardians, the person registering the trip is obliged to enquire with Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency about any additional conditions that may apply before completing the booking.
