When booking an inside or outside cabin, accommodation in the hotel is provided in a studio with All Inclusive. The travel offer you have chosen has a duration of 12 days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always provided for seven days according to the program. Embarkation in the port of Palma de Mallorca takes place on Tuesdays – Costa Smeralda leaves the port of Palma around 6 PM.

Day 1: DAY AT SEA - Relax on board.
DAY 2: ROME/CIVITAVECCHIA - The "Eternal City" and capital of Italy takes you back to the era of the Roman Empire. Discover the diversity of this unique city and visit sights such as the Colosseum, the Vatican with St. Peter's Basilica, or the Spanish Steps.
Day 3: LA SPEZIA/FLORENCE - An ideal starting point to get to know Tuscany with its culinary and cultural treasures. The Gulf of La Spezia, on the edge of Tuscany, is called the "Gulf of Poets". If you visit the city with its harbor parks or Castello Giorgio and discover the region's history, you will feel how perfectly the name suits this corner of the world.
DAY 4: SAVONA - From afar, the small port city of Savona on the Riviera di Ponente welcomes you with its famous Leon Pancaldo Tower. Savona is also an ideal starting point for excursions through Le Langhe, the home of Barolo and truffles. However, trips to Genoa or Portofino are also possible!
DAY 5: MARSEILLE - In the heart of the city, the Vieux-Port harbor, you can watch fishermen and feel the fresh breeze. Also visit the Basilica of Notre Dame de la Garde.
Day 6: BARCELONA - A walk along the lively Las Ramblas boulevard is a must when visiting Barcelona! Street artists, musicians, and acrobats turn it into a true open-air theater. The Gothic Quarter will also inspire you with its magnificent squares and buildings from the Middle Ages and the Renaissance.
Day 7: PALMA DE MALLORCA - Visit Palma de Mallorca and see, among other things, the magnificent Gothic cathedral or take time for an extensive walk through the old town.

Accommodation

Inside cabin

On board the Costa Smeralda, you will stay in modern and functionally furnished cabins with maximum comfort. They are air-conditioned and offer interactive satellite TV with PayTV (not included), bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe, minibar (at an extra charge), Wi-Fi (at an extra charge).
The inside cabins are approx. 13m² and offer space for 2 to 4 people (some with separate beds).

Outside cabin

Large windows (some portholes) offer a great view in the ocean-view cabins and invite you to enjoy the first rays of sun of the day. Ocean-view cabins are approx. 20m² and offer space for 2 to 4 guests (some with separate beds).

Balcony cabin

The balcony cabin impresses with a direct view of the water and offers an individual atmosphere with the best comfort on its private balcony. The cabins are approx. 17m² plus the balcony.

Full board

A total of 11 restaurants serve delicacies from all over the world, including, for example, a buffet restaurant, the Teppanyaki restaurant, the Pummid’Oro pizzeria, as well as the "Tutti a Tavola" family restaurant and the Laboratorio del Gusto (Taste Laboratory), where you prepare your own dinner before enjoying it (some with reservation and for a fee). Your dining time is set by Costa. In addition, there are 19 different bars (for a fee) available, for example, the Spazio Bollicine by Ferrari Spumante, the Aperol Spritz Bar, the Campari Bar, a sports bar, the Bacaro Veneziano, the Nutella Café, and two Amarillo ice cream parlors (for a fee) complete the culinary offerings.

Sports included

The extensively equipped fitness center with a great view of the sea is available to all guests who want to be active. In the outdoor area, there is a multi-purpose sports field and an outdoor jogging track.

Sports for a fee

You have the option to book yoga, Pilates, or Kinesis classes in the aerobics studio for a fee, as well as to arrange personal training sessions in the fitness center!

Children's program

Young guests on board can spend exciting hours in the Squok Children's Club under the care of trained entertainers. There is fun for every age group here: Mini Club from 3 to 6 years, Maxi Club from 7 to 11 years, Teen Junior Club from 12 to 14 years, and the Teen Club from 15 to 17 years.
The ship offers a children's paddling pool as well as an entertainment area with video games (for a fee).

Wellness

Samsara Spa (for a fee): Wellness area on 6,000m² over four decks with a fitness center, thermal bath, thalassotherapy pool, treatment rooms, sauna, Turkish steam bath, whirlpools, and much more.

Entertainment

The Costa Smeralda has a theater at the bow of the ship, where performances take place regularly. There is a casino (from 18 years, game stakes not included), a disco, and a piano bar. 4 pools, including an indoor pool and a reserved swimming deck, an aqua park with slides, and the Skywalk at a height of 65 m ensure plenty of fun and action. Themed nights are held regularly on deck and interactive shows invite you to participate.

Protur Badía Park

Location

The spacious hotel complex, renovated a few years ago, is nestled in the Protur Sa Coma Resort, which consists of a total of 4 hotels. The beautiful sandy beach can be reached in just a few minutes (approx. 450 m), and nothing stands in the way of pure swimming fun. The center of Sa Coma is almost on the way, which is why a beach stay can be perfectly combined with a little shopping stroll.
Sa Coma and the neighboring town of Cala Millor are so close together that a walk from the hotel to the lively pedestrian zone of Cala Millor is highly recommended. For the approx. 3 km, you should plan about 30 minutes. This and other places can also be reached very well by bus, as the bus stop is only approx. 100 m away. The airport is approx. 69 km away.
By the way, if you have forgotten something or are looking for delicious Spanish souvenirs to take home: a large and well-stocked supermarket is located next to the hotel complex.

The Protur Badia Park has 232 rooms spread over six floors, six elevators, a modernly designed reception in the front wing of the building, a TV room, a bar with a show room, and a combined indoor/outdoor terrace. Outside, there are several sun terraces with palm trees, a pool bar, and a pool landscape with a children's splash pool as well as loungers and parasols.

The beautiful family hotel offers an extensive All Inclusive program with a varied breakfast buffet from 8-10 AM and a continental late-riser breakfast from 10-12 PM. At lunch and dinner, our guests serve themselves at buffets with hot and cold dishes. Ice cream for children, show cooking, and regular theme nights leave nothing to be desired. In the restaurant, appropriate clothing is expected in the evening.
For a special culinary treat, the resorts offer a variety of themed restaurants, such as La Fontana (Italian), Country Grill, Goa (Indian), and Cardamon (Asian) (themed restaurants subject to availability with prior reservation included). Various wines, beer, water, and soft drinks are included with meals (self-service). In the afternoon from 3:30–5:30 PM, coffee, tea, cake, pastries, or other snacks are available in the bar. Sandwiches from 11-12 PM. A diverse selection of national non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks (according to the displayed All Inclusive menu) is available at the bars from 10 AM-12 AM. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Fitness room (from 16 years), squash, paddle, inline skating, tennis (court can be reserved on-site for desired times for a fee), table tennis, archery and rifle shooting, climbing wall, minigolf, bicycles, and much more. In addition, the resort has the Protur Natura Farm, which is home to some regional animal species. A visit to the minigolf paradise with 36 holes (from May 1st) is an absolute must.

Sports for a fee

"La Reserva" water park with two large and two small water slides, as well as shallow water areas with play equipment for the very little ones (open from early May to mid-October, depending on the weather).

Children's program

A varied entertainment program for children is, of course, a must. The Mini Club, with a mini disco in the evening, is offered for children from 4–12 years.
