Embarkation in the port of Palma de Mallorca is on Tuesdays - Costa Smeralda leaves the port of Palma around 6 p.m.

Day 1: SEA DAY - Relax on board.
DAY 2: ROME/CIVITAVECCHIA - The "eternal city" and capital of Italy takes you back to the era of the Roman Empire. Discover the diversity of this unique city and visit sights such as the Colosseum, the Vatican with St. Peter's Basilica, or the Spanish Steps.
Day 3: LA SPEZIA/FLORENCE - An ideal entry point to get to know Tuscany with its culinary and cultural treasures. The Gulf of La Spezia, on the edge of Tuscany, is named "Gulf of Poets". When you visit the city with its harbor parks or Castello Giorgio and discover the history of the region, you will feel how perfectly the name suits this spot on earth.
DAY 4: SAVONA - The small port town of Savona on the Riviera di Ponente welcomes you from afar with its famous tower of Leon Pancaldo. Savona is also an ideal starting point for excursions through Le Langhe, the homeland of Barolo and truffles. But detours to Genoa or Portofino are also possible!
DAY 5: MARSEILLE - In the heart of the city, the Vieux-Port harbor, you can watch fishermen and feel a fresh breeze. Also visit the Basilica of Notre Dame de la Garde.
DAY 6: BARCELONA - A stroll along the lively promenade Las Ramblas is a must when visiting Barcelona! Street performers, musicians, and acrobats turn it into a true open-air theater. But the Gothic Quarter will also impress you with its magnificent squares and buildings from the Middle Ages and the Renaissance.
DAY 7: PALMA DE MALLORCA - Visit Palma de Mallorca and see, among other things, the magnificent Gothic cathedral, or take time for a leisurely stroll through the old town.

Meals

In a total of 11 restaurants, you will be served delicacies from all over the world, including, for example, a buffet restaurant, the Teppanyaki restaurant, the Pizzeria Pummid’Oro, as well as the family restaurant "Tutti a Tavola" and the Laboratorio del Gusto (Taste Atelier), where you prepare your own dinner before enjoying it (some with reservation and for a fee). Your table time will be set by Costa. In addition, there are 19 different bars (for a fee), such as the Spazio Bollicine by Ferrari Spumante, the Aperol Spritz Bar, the Campari bar, a sports bar, the Bacaro Veneziano, the Nutella café, and two Amarillo ice cream parlors (for a fee) complete the culinary offer.

Entertainment

The Costa Smeralda has a theater at the bow of the ship, where performances are regularly held. There is a casino (ages 18+, game stakes not included), a disco, and a piano bar. 4 pools, including an indoor pool and a reserved swimming deck, an aqua park with slides, and the Skywalk at a height of 65m provide plenty of fun and action. Theme nights are regularly held on deck, and interactive shows invite participation.

Cabins

Interior Cabin

Onboard Costa Smeralda, you will stay in modern and functionally furnished cabins with the highest level of comfort. These are air-conditioned and offer an interactive satellite TV with pay-TV (not included), a bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe, minibar (for a fee), Wi-Fi (for a fee).
The interior cabins are approximately 13m² in size and can accommodate 2 to 4 people (some with separate beds).

Exterior Cabin

Large windows (some portholes) in the ocean view cabins offer a great view and invite you to enjoy the first rays of the sun of the day. Ocean view cabins are approximately 20m² in size and can accommodate 2 to 4 guests (some with separate beds).

Balcony Cabin

The balcony cabin impresses with a direct view of the water and offers a private atmosphere with the best comfort on your private balcony. The cabins are approximately 17m² in size, plus the balcony.

Flex Price: You decide between an interior, exterior, or balcony cabin; Costa will assign the cabin and deck. These may be cabins with separate beds, accessible cabins, cabins with restricted view, or cabins with connecting doors. Table times are also set by Costa.

Location

The hotel complex, renovated a few years ago and spread out over a large area, is nestled within the Protur Sa Coma Resort, which consists of a total of 4 hotels. The beautiful sandy beach can be reached in just a few minutes' walk (approx. 450 m), and nothing stands in the way of uninterrupted swimming pleasure. The center of Sa Coma is almost on the way, so a beach visit can be perfectly combined with a little shopping spree.
Sa Coma and the neighboring town of Cala Millor are so close that a walk from the hotel, for example to the lively pedestrian zone of Cala Millor, is highly recommended. Approximately 30 minutes should be planned for the approx. 3 km. However, these and other towns can also be easily reached by bus, as the bus stop is only about 100 m away. The airport is about 69 km away.
By the way, if you ever forget something or are looking for delicious Spanish souvenirs to take home: a large and well-stocked supermarket is located next to the hotel complex.

Protur Badia Park has 232 rooms spread over six floors, six elevators, a modernly designed reception area in the front building, a TV room, a bar with a show room, and a combined indoor/outdoor terrace. Outdoors, there are several sun terraces with palm trees, a pool bar, and a pool landscape with loungers and umbrellas.

The beautiful family hotel offers an extensive All Inclusive program with a varied breakfast buffet from 8-10 am and a continental late riser breakfast from 10 am-12 pm. Lunch and dinner feature buffets with hot and cold dishes. Ice cream for children, show cooking, and regular theme nights leave nothing to be desired. Appropriate dress is requested in the restaurant in the evening.
For a special culinary treat, the resorts offer a variety of themed restaurants, such as La Fontana (Italian), the Country Grill, Goa (Indian), and Cardamon (Asian) (themed restaurants included subject to availability and prior reservation). Various wines, beer, water, and soft drinks are included with meals (self-service). From 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM, coffee, tea, cake, pastries, or other snacks are available at the bar. Sandwiches from 11 PM to midnight. A diverse selection of national non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages (according to the displayed All Inclusive menu) is available at the bars from 10 AM to midnight. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Sports included

Fitness room (ages 16+), squash, paddle tennis, inline skating, tennis (court can be booked for desired times for a fee on site), table tennis, archery and rifle shooting, climbing wall, mini golf, bicycles, and much more. In addition, the resort has the Protur Natura Farm, which houses some regional animal species. A visit to the 36-hole mini-golf paradise (from May 1st) is an absolute must.

Sports for a fee

Water park "La Reserva" with two large and two small water slides, as well as shallow water areas with play equipment for the little ones (open depending on weather from early May to mid-October, approx.).
