Embarkation at the port of Palma de Mallorca takes place on Tuesdays – the Costa Smeralda leaves the port of Palma at approximately 6 PM.

Day 1: DAY AT SEA - Relax on board.
DAY 2: ROME/CIVITAVECCHIA - The "Eternal City" and capital of Italy takes you back to the era of the Roman Empire. Discover the diversity of this unique city and visit sights such as the Colosseum, the Vatican with St. Peter's Basilica, or the Spanish Steps.
Day 3: LA SPEZIA/FLORENCE - An ideal starting point to get to know Tuscany with its culinary and cultural treasures. The Gulf of La Spezia, on the edge of Tuscany, bears the name "Gulf of Poets". If you visit the city with its parks at the harbor or the Castello Giorgio and discover the history of the region, you will feel how perfectly the name suits this patch of earth.
DAY 4: SAVONA - Even from a distance, the small port city of Savona on the Riviera di Ponente welcomes you with its famous Leon Pancaldo Tower. Savona is also an ideal starting point for excursions through Le Langhe, the home of Barolo and truffles. Trips to Genoa or Portofino are also possible!
DAY 5: MARSEILLE - In the heart of the city, at the Vieux-Port, you can watch fishermen and feel the fresh breeze. Also visit the Basilica of Notre Dame de la Garde.
Day 6: BARCELONA - A stroll along the lively Las Ramblas boulevard is a must when visiting Barcelona! Street performers, musicians, and acrobats turn it into a true open-air theater. The Gothic Quarter will also thrill you with its magnificent squares and buildings from the Middle Ages and the Renaissance.
Day 7: PALMA DE MALLORCA - Visit Palma de Mallorca and see, among other things, the magnificent Gothic cathedral, or take the time for an extensive walk through the old town.

Accommodation

Inside cabin

On board the Costa Smeralda, you will stay in modern and functionally furnished cabins with maximum comfort. These are air-conditioned and offer interactive satellite TV with PayTV (not included), bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe, minibar (for an extra charge), and Wi-Fi (for an extra charge).
The inside cabins are approx. 13m² and accommodate 2 to 4 people. (some have twin beds).

Outside cabin

Large windows (some portholes) provide a great view in the ocean-view cabins and invite you to enjoy the first rays of sunshine of the day. Ocean-view cabins are approx. 20m² and accommodate 2 to 4 guests (some have twin beds).

Balcony cabin

The balcony cabin impresses with a direct view of the water and offers an individual atmosphere with top comfort on its private balcony. The cabins are approx. 17m² in size, plus the balcony.

Full board

A total of 11 restaurants serve delicacies from all over the world, including, for example, a buffet restaurant, the Teppanyaki Restaurant, the Pizzeria Pummid’Oro, as well as the family restaurant "Tutti a Tavola" and the Laboratorio del Gusto (Taste Laboratory), where you can prepare your own dinner before enjoying it (partially with reservation and for a fee). Your dining time is set by Costa. In addition, there are 19 different bars (for a fee) available, such as the Spazio Bollicine by Ferrari Spumante, the Aperol Spritz Bar, the Campari Bar, a sports bar, the Bacaro Veneziano, the Nutella Café, and two Amarillo ice cream parlors (for a fee) that round off the culinary offerings.

The extensively equipped fitness center with a great view of the sea is available to all guests who want to be physically active. In the outdoor area, there is a multi-purpose sports court and an outdoor jogging track.

Sports for a fee

You have the opportunity to book yoga, Pilates, or Kinesis classes in the aerobics studio on board for a fee, as well as arrange personal training sessions in the fitness center!

Children's program

Young guests on board can spend exciting hours in the Squok Kids Club under the care of trained entertainers. There is fun for every age group: Mini Club from 3 to 6 years, Maxi Club from 7 to 11 years, Teen Junior Club from 12 to 14 years, and the Teen Club from 15 to 17 years.
The ship offers a children's paddling pool, as well as an entertainment area with video games (for a fee).

Wellness

Entertainment

The Costa Smeralda has a theater in the bow of the ship, where performances take place regularly. There is a casino (from 18 years, gaming stakes not included), a disco, and a piano bar. 4 pools, including an indoor pool and a reserved swimming deck, an aqua park with slides, as well as the Skywalk at a height of 65 m ensure plenty of fun and action. Themed nights are regularly held on deck, and interactive shows invite you to participate.

Protur Badía Park

Location

The spacious hotel complex, renovated a few years ago, is nestled in the Protur Sa Coma Resort, which consists of a total of 4 hotels. The beautiful sandy beach can be reached in just a few minutes (approx. 450 m), and nothing stands in the way of unadulterated bathing fun. The center of Sa Coma is almost on the way, which makes it easy to combine a beach day with a little shopping stroll.
Sa Coma and the neighboring town of Cala Millor are so close together that a walk from the hotel to the lively pedestrian zone of Cala Millor is ideal. You should plan about 30 minutes for the approx. 3 km. But this and other places are also easily accessible by bus, as the bus stop is only about 100 m away. The airport is approx. 69 km away.
By the way, should you have forgotten something or are looking for delicious Spanish souvenirs to take home, a large and well-stocked supermarket is located next to the hotel complex.

The Protur Badia Park has 232 rooms spread over six floors, six elevators, a modernly designed reception in the front building wing, a TV room, a bar with a show room, and a combined indoor/outdoor terrace. Outdoors, there are several sun terraces with palm trees, a pool bar, as well as a pool area with a children's splash pool, as well as loungers and parasols.

The beautiful family hotel offers an extensive All Inclusive program with a varied breakfast buffet from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. and a continental late-riser breakfast from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. At lunch and dinner, our guests serve themselves at buffets with hot and cold dishes. Ice cream for children, show cooking, and regular themed evenings leave nothing to be desired. Proper attire is requested in the restaurant in the evening.
For a special culinary treat, the resorts offer a variety of themed restaurants, such as La Fontana (Italian), the Country Grill, the Goa (Indian), and the Cardamon (Asian) (themed restaurants included upon availability and with advance reservation). Various wines, beer, water, and soft drinks are included with meals (self-service). In the afternoon from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., coffee, tea, cake, pastries, or other snacks are available at the bar. Sandwiches from 11 p.m. to 12 a.m. A wide selection of national non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks (according to the All Inclusive menu provided) is available at the bars from 10 a.m. to 12 a.m. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.

Fitness room (from 16 years), squash, paddle, inline skating, tennis (court can be reserved on-site for preferred times for a fee), table tennis, archery and rifle shooting, climbing wall, mini-golf, bicycles, and much more. In addition, the resort features the Protur Natura Farm, which houses some regional animal species. A visit to the mini-golf paradise with 36 holes (from May 1st) is an absolute must.

Sports for a fee

Water park "La Reserva" with two large and two small water slides, as well as shallow water areas with play equipment for the very little ones (open depending on weather conditions from early May to approximately mid-October).

Children's program

Of course, a varied entertainment program for children should not be missing. The Mini Club, with a nightly Mini Disco, is offered for children from 4 to 12 years.
