When booking an interior or exterior cabin, accommodation at the hotel is provided in a studio with All Inclusive. Embarkation at the port of Palma de Mallorca takes place on Tuesdays – Costa Smeralda leaves the port of Palma around 6 pm.

Day 1: SEA DAY - Relax on board.
DAY 2: ROME/CIVITAVECCHIA - The "Eternal City" and capital of Italy takes you back to the era of the Roman Empire. Discover the variety of this unique city and visit landmarks like the Colosseum, the Vatican with St. Peter's Basilica, or the Spanish Steps.
Day 3: LA SPEZIA/FLORENCE - An ideal introduction to getting to know Tuscany with its culinary and cultural treasures. The Gulf of La Spezia, on the edge of Tuscany, bears the name "Gulf of the Poets". If you visit the city with its park facilities at the harbor or the Castello Giorgio and discover the history of the region, you will feel how perfectly the name suits this patch of earth.
DAY 4: SAVONA - Even from afar, the small port city of Savona on the Riviera di Ponente welcomes you with its famous Leon Pancaldo Tower. Savona is also an ideal starting point for excursions through Le Langhe, the home of Barolo and truffles. But side trips to Genoa or Portofino are also possible!
DAY 5: MARSEILLE - In the heart of the city, the Vieux-Port harbor, you can watch fishermen and feel a fresh breeze. Also visit the Basilica Notre Dame de la Garde.
Day 6: BARCELONA - A stroll along the lively Las Ramblas promenade is a must when visiting Barcelona! Street artists, musicians, and acrobats turn it into a true open-air theater. The Gothic Quarter will also impress you with its magnificent squares and buildings from the Middle Ages and the Renaissance.
Day 7: PALMA DE MALLORCA - Visit Palma de Mallorca and explore the magnificent Gothic cathedral, among other things, or take time for an extensive walk in the old town.

On the "Piazza di Spagna" with its grand staircase to the stern and a promenade with a crystal floor, you can enjoy beautiful views of the sea. Accommodation

Inside cabin

On board the Costa Smeralda, you will stay in modern and functionally furnished cabins with maximum comfort. These are air-conditioned and offer an interactive satellite TV with PayTV (not included), bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe, minibar (for an extra charge), Wi-Fi (for an extra charge).
The inside cabins are approx. 13m² and offer space for 2 to 4 people. (partially with separate beds).

Outside cabin

Large windows (partially portholes) offer a great view in the ocean view cabins and invite you to enjoy the first sunbeams of the day. Ocean view cabins are approximately 20m² in size and offer space for 2 to 4 guests (partially with separate beds).

Balcony cabin

The balcony cabin impresses with a direct view of the water and offers an individual atmosphere with the best comfort on its private balcony. The cabins are approx. 17m² in size, plus the balcony.

Full board

In a total of 11 restaurants, you will be served delicacies from all over the world, including, for example, in a buffet restaurant, the Teppanyaki restaurant, the Pizzeria Pummid’Oro, the family restaurant "Tutti a Tavola", and the Laboratorio del Gusto (Taste Workshop), where you can prepare your own dinner before enjoying it (partially with reservation and for an extra charge). Your dining time is set by Costa. In addition, 19 different bars (for an extra charge) are available to you, for example, the Spazio Bollicine by Ferrari Spumante, the Aperol Spritz Bar, the Campari Bar, a sports bar, the Bacaro Veneziano, the Nutella Café, and two Amarillo ice cream parlors (for an extra charge) complete the culinary offerings.

Sports included

The extensively equipped fitness center with a great view of the sea is available to all guests who want to be active. In the outdoor area, there is a multi-purpose sports court and an outdoor jogging track.

Sports for a fee

You have the possibility to book yoga, Pilates, or Kinesis classes in the aerobics studio for a fee on board, as well as to arrange personal training sessions in the fitness center!

Children's program

Young guests on board can spend exciting hours in the Squok Children's Club under the care of trained entertainers. There is fun for every age group: Mini Club from 3 to 6 years, Maxi Club from 7 to 11 years, Teen Junior Club from 12 to 14 years, and the Teen Club from 15 to 17 years.
The ship offers a children's paddling pool, as well as an entertainment area with video games (for an extra charge).

Wellness

Samsara Spa (for an extra charge): Wellness area covering 6,000m² over four decks with a fitness center, thermal bath, thalassotherapy pool, rooms for treatments, sauna, Turkish steam bath, whirlpools, and much more.

Entertainment

The Costa Smeralda has a theater at the bow of the ship where performances take place regularly. There is a casino (from 18 years, stakes not included), a discotheque, and a piano bar. 4 pools, including an indoor pool and a reserved swimming deck, an aqua park with slides, as well as the Skywalk at a height of 65 m ensure plenty of fun and action. Themed nights are held regularly on deck and interactive shows invite you to join in.

Protur Badía Park

Location

The spacious hotel complex, renovated just a few years ago, is embedded in the Protur Sa Coma Resort, which consists of a total of 4 hotels. The beautiful sandy beach is reached in just a few minutes' walk (approx. 450 m), and nothing stands in the way of unclouded bathing fun. The center of Sa Coma is almost on the way, which is why a beach visit can be perfectly combined with a little shopping stroll.
Sa Coma and the neighboring town of Cala Millor are so close together that a walk from the hotel to the lively pedestrian zone of Cala Millor, for example, is highly recommended. For the approx. 3 km, approximately 30 minutes should be planned. But this and other places can also be reached very well by bus, as the bus stop is only approx. 100 m away. The airport is approx. 69 km away.
By the way, if you have forgotten something or are looking for delicious Spanish souvenirs for home: a large and well-stocked supermarket is located next to the hotel complex.

The Protur Badia Park has 232 rooms spread over six floors, six elevators, a modernly designed reception in the front building wing, a TV room, a bar with a show room, and a combined indoor/outdoor terrace. Outside, there are several sun terraces with palm trees, a pool bar, and a pool landscape with a children's splash pool as well as loungers and parasols.

All Inclusive

The beautiful family hotel offers an extensive All Inclusive program with a varied breakfast buffet from 8 am–10 am and a continental late-riser breakfast from 10 am–12 pm. At lunch and dinner, our guests help themselves at buffets with hot and cold dishes. Ice cream for children, show cooking, and regular themed nights leave nothing to be desired. Appropriate clothing is requested in the restaurant in the evening.
For a special culinary treat, the resorts offer a multitude of themed restaurants, such as La Fontana (Ital.), the Country Grill, the Goa (Indian), and the Cardamon (Asian) (themed restaurants included upon availability with advance reservation). Various wines, beer, water, and soft drinks are included with meals (self-service). In the afternoon from 3:30 pm–5:30 pm, coffee, tea, cake, pastries, or other snacks are available at the bar. Sandwiches from 11 pm–12 am. A wide selection of national non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks (according to the displayed All Inclusive menu) is available at the bars from 10 am–12 am. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Fitness room (from 16 years), squash, paddle, inline skating, tennis (court can be reserved on-site for preferred times for a fee), table tennis, archery and rifle shooting, climbing wall, mini-golf, bicycles, and much more. In addition, the resort features the Protur Natura Farm, where some regional animal species are housed. A visit to the mini-golf paradise with 36 holes (from May 1st) is an absolute must.

Sports for a fee

"La Reserva" water park with two large and two small water slides, as well as shallow water areas with play equipment for the very little ones (open from the beginning of May until presumably mid-October, depending on the weather).

Children's program

A varied entertainment program for children is, of course, a must. The Mini Club, with an evening mini disco, is offered for children from 4–12 years old.

Dear children, do you actually know what I like doing best? Vacation, of course! Wouldn't you like to visit me for a few days at the hotel and take a vacation with me?
