Embarkation in the port of Palma de Mallorca is on Tuesdays - Costa Smeralda leaves the port of Palma around 6 PM.

DAY 1: SEA DAY - Relax on board.
DAY 2: ROME/CIVITAVECCHIA - The "eternal city" and capital of Italy takes you back to the era of the Roman Empire. Discover the diversity of this unique city and visit sights such as the Colosseum, the Vatican with St. Peter's Basilica, or the Spanish Steps.
DAY 3: LA SPEZIA/FLORENCE - An ideal starting point to get to know Tuscany with its culinary and cultural treasures. The Gulf of La Spezia, on the edge of Tuscany, bears the name "Gulf of Poets". If you visit the city with its parks by the harbor or Castello Giorgio and discover the history of the region, you will feel how perfectly the name suits this piece of earth.
DAY 4: SAVONA - The small port town of Savona on the Riviera di Ponente welcomes you from afar with its famous tower of Leon Pancaldo. Savona is also an ideal starting point for excursions through Le Langhe, the home of Barolo and truffles. Trips to Genoa or Portofino are also possible!
DAY 5: MARSEILLE - In the heart of the city, the Old Port, you can watch fishermen and feel a fresh breeze. Also visit the Basilica of Notre Dame de la Garde.
DAY 6: BARCELONA - A walk along the lively promenade Las Ramblas is a must when visiting Barcelona! Street artists, musicians, and acrobats turn it into a true open-air theater. The Gothic Quarter will also delight you with its magnificent squares and buildings from the Middle Ages and the Renaissance.
DAY 7: PALMA DE MALLORCA - Visit Palma de Mallorca and see the magnificent Gothic Cathedral, among other sights, or take time for a leisurely stroll through the old town.

Meals

In total, 11 restaurants serve delicacies from all over the world, including a buffet restaurant, the Teppanyaki Restaurant, Pizzeria Pummid’Oro, and the family restaurant “Tutti a Tavola,” as well as the Laboratorio del Gusto (Taste Workshop), where you can prepare your own dinner before enjoying it (reservations required and for a fee). Your dining time will be assigned by Costa. In addition, there are 19 different bars (for a fee), such as the Spazio Bollicine by Ferrari Spumante, the Aperol Spritz Bar, the Campari Bar, a sports bar, the Bacaro Veneziano, the Nutella Café, and two Amarillo ice cream parlors (for a fee) complete the culinary offerings.

Entertainment

The Costa Smeralda features a theater at the bow of the ship where performances are regularly held. There is a casino (for ages 18+, betting not included), a nightclub, and a piano bar. 4 pools, including an indoor pool and a reserved sun deck, an aqua park with slides, and the Skywalk at a height of 65 meters ensure plenty of fun and action. Themed nights are regularly held on deck, and interactive shows invite participation.

Cabins

Interior Cabin

Onboard Costa Smeralda, you will stay in modern and functionally furnished cabins with the highest comfort. They are air-conditioned and offer an interactive satellite TV with pay TV (not included), a bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe, minibar (for a fee), and Wi-Fi (for a fee).
The interior cabins are approximately 13m² and can accommodate 2 to 4 people (beds can sometimes be separated).

Exterior Cabin

Large windows (sometimes portholes) in the sea view cabins offer a great view and invite you to enjoy the first rays of the day. Sea view cabins are approximately 20m² and can accommodate 2 to 4 guests (beds can sometimes be separated).

Balcony Cabin

The balcony cabin offers a direct view of the water and provides a private atmosphere with the best comfort on its private balcony. The cabins are approximately 17m² plus the balcony.

Location

The hotel complex, renovated a few years ago and spread over a large area, is nestled within the Protur Sa Coma Resort, which consists of a total of 4 hotels. The beautiful sandy beach is just a few minutes' walk away (approx. 450 m), and nothing stands in the way of undisturbed swimming enjoyment. The center of Sa Coma is almost on the way, so a beach visit can be combined with a little shopping spree.
Sa Coma and the neighboring town of Cala Millor are so close that a walk from the hotel, for example, to the lively pedestrian zone of Cala Millor is highly recommended. Approximately 30 minutes should be planned for the approx. 3 km distance. However, other towns can also be easily reached by bus, as the bus stop is only about 100 m away. The airport is approx. 69 km away.
By the way, if you ever forget something or are looking for delicious Spanish souvenirs to take home: a large and well-stocked supermarket is located next to the hotel complex.

Protur Badia Park has 232 rooms spread over six floors, six elevators, a modern reception area in the front building, a TV room, a bar with a show lounge, and a combined indoor/outdoor terrace. Outdoors, there are several sun terraces with palm trees, a pool bar, and a pool area with loungers and umbrellas.

All Inclusive

The beautiful family hotel offers an extensive All Inclusive program with a diverse breakfast buffet from 8–10 AM and a continental late riser breakfast from 10 AM–12 PM. Lunch and dinner feature buffets with hot and cold dishes. Ice cream for children, show cooking, and regular themed evenings leave nothing to be desired. Appropriate dress code is requested in the restaurant in the evening.
For a special culinary treat, the resorts offer a variety of themed restaurants, such as La Fontana (Italian), Country Grill, Goa (Indian), and Cardamon (Asian) (themed restaurants included subject to availability and with prior reservation). Various wines, beer, water, and soft drinks are included with meals (self-service). In the afternoon from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM, coffee, tea, cake, pastries, or other snacks are available at the bar. Sandwiches from 11 PM to 12 AM. A wide selection of national non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages (according to the displayed All Inclusive menu) is available at the bars from 10 AM to 12 AM. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.

Sports included

Fitness room (ages 16+), squash, paddle tennis, inline skating, tennis (court can be reserved for desired times for a fee on-site), table tennis, archery and rifle shooting, climbing wall, mini golf, bicycles, and much more. Additionally, the resort features the Protur Natura Farm, which houses several regional animal species. A visit to the 36-hole mini-golf paradise (from May 1st) is an absolute must.

Sports for a fee

Water park "La Reserva" with two large and two small water slides, as well as shallow water areas with play equipment for the little ones (open depending on weather from early May to mid-October, weather permitting).
