On a slightly inclined street in Paguera. The town center with shopping and entertainment facilities is about 300 m away, the sandy beach approx. 400 m.

Facilities

The comfortable family hotel with main and annex buildings offers 359 rooms, many of which have recently been renovated with great care and now combine modern living comfort with a family atmosphere. The main building offers a large lobby with a reception, two bars, and a buffet restaurant as well as the Italian restaurant "Felicitas". In the spacious garden with mature trees, there are three new pools with sun terraces, loungers, umbrellas, and Balinese beds, sunbathing areas, as well as a pool snack bar and an Adults Only bar. The annex building (not renovated) can be reached via stairs or a lift. In the outdoor area of the annex, there is another pool with a sun terrace and a pool/snack bar with a terrace and a fantastic sea view (various areas and pools for families and exclusively for adults).

The rooms, renovated for summer 2025 (approx. 18 m²), are equipped with bath/shower/WC, hairdryer, central air conditioning/heating, ceiling fan, smart TV, telephone, rental safe, pool towels, as well as a balcony or terrace, and are located in the Adults Only area (DD2).
Also available for single use for an extra charge (DD1). Bookable from 16 years of age.

Silver Double Room

These apartments are not renovated, are located in the annex building, and are accessible via an elevator. They feature a separate bedroom and are equipped with a kitchenette, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, electric kettle, TV, telephone, rental safe, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, shower, bath/WC, hairdryer, and a balcony (A12).

The apartments are located in the annex building (not renovated).
