On a slightly sloping street in Paguera. The town center with shops and entertainment options is about 300 m away, the sandy beach is about 400 m away.

The comfortable family hotel with a main and an adjacent building offers 359 rooms, many of which have recently been renovated with great care, combining modern living comfort with a family atmosphere. The main building offers a large lobby with reception, two bars, and a buffet restaurant, as well as the Italian restaurant "Felicitas". In the spacious garden with old trees, there are three new pools with sun terraces, loungers, umbrellas, and Balinese beds, sunbathing lawns, as well as a pool bar and an adults-only bar. The adjacent building (not renovated) can be reached by stairs or elevator. The outdoor area of the adjacent building has another pool with a sun terrace and a pool/snackbar with a terrace and fantastic sea views (various areas and pools for families and exclusively for adults).
