Location

On a slightly rising road in Paguera. The town center with shopping and entertainment facilities is about 300 m away, the sandy beach approx. 400 m.

Facilities

The comfortable family hotel with main and annex buildings offers 359 rooms, many of which were recently renovated with great care and now combine modern living comfort with a family atmosphere. The main building offers a large lobby with reception, two bars, and a buffet restaurant, as well as the Italian restaurant "Felicitas". In the spacious garden with old trees, there are three new pools with sun terraces, loungers, umbrellas, and Balinese beds, lawns for sunbathing, as well as a pool snack bar and an Only Adults bar. The annex building (not renovated) can be reached via stairs or an elevator. In the outdoor area of the annex building, there is another pool with a sun terrace and a pool/snack bar with a terrace and fantastic sea views (different areas and pools for families and exclusively for adults).

The rooms (approx. 18 m²), renovated for Summer 2025, are equipped with bath/shower/WC, hairdryer, central air conditioning/heating, ceiling fan, Smart-TV, telephone, rental safe, pool towels, as well as a balcony or terrace, and are located in the adults-only area (DD2).
Also bookable for single use for an additional charge (DD1). Bookable from 16 years of age.

Silver Double Room

Are more spacious (approx. 21 m²) with the same amenities as the Deluxe Double rooms and feature one or two sleeping chairs or a sofa bed (DAS).

Feature a sofa bed and a French balcony with the same amenities as the Deluxe Double rooms (FBD).

Apartment 1 Bedroom (PMIC71)

These apartments are not renovated, are located in the annex building, and are accessible by elevator. They have a separate bedroom and are equipped with a kitchenette, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, TV, telephone, rental safe, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, shower, bath/WC, hairdryer, as well as a balcony (A12).
Also available with garden view (A2G) or sea view (2AM).

Apartment Garden View (PMI494)

The apartments are located in the annex building (not renovated). They have a separate bedroom as well as a living/dining area with sofa bed and kitchenette, TV, telephone, rental safe, air conditioning, bath/shower/WC, hairdryer, as well as a balcony (A2G, room size approx. 35 m²). Also bookable with sea view for an additional charge (2AM).
