The comfortable family hotel with a main and adjoining building offers 359 rooms, many of which have recently been renovated with great care, combining modern living comfort with a family atmosphere. The main building offers a large lobby with reception, two bars, and a buffet restaurant, as well as the Italian restaurant "Felicitas". In the spacious garden with old trees, there are three new pools with sun terraces, loungers, umbrellas, and Bali beds, lawns, as well as a pool bar and an adults-only bar. The adjoining building (not renovated) can be reached via stairs or an elevator. In the outdoor area of the adjoining building, there is another pool with a sun terrace and a pool/snackbar with a terrace and a fantastic sea view (different areas and pools for families and exclusively for adults).

The rooms (approx. 18 sqm) renovated for summer 2025 are equipped with bath/shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning/heating (central), ceiling fan, smart TV, telephone, rental safe, pool towels, and balcony or terrace (DD2).

These apartments are not renovated, are located in the adjoining building, and are accessible by elevator. They have a separate bedroom and are equipped with a kitchenette, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, TV, telephone, rental safe, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, shower, bath/WC, hairdryer, and a balcony (A12).

The apartments are located in the adjoining building (not renovated). They have a separate bedroom and a living/dining area with a sofa bed and kitchenette, TV, telephone, rental safe, air conditioning, bath/shower/WC, hairdryer, and a balcony (A2G, room size approx. 35 sqm). Also bookable with sea view for an extra charge (2AM).
