Renovated and modernly equipped with bath/WC, a living room with dining area, kitchenette, a separate bedroom, air conditioning, satellite TV, safe for rent, telephone, hairdryer, and balcony (room size approx. 40 m²). Please note that these apartment units are located in the Universal Laguna Garden annex building approximately 350 meters away. Guests who have booked an apartment will be dropped off by the transfer bus for check-in at the Hotel Laguna (main building). The luggage will be transported by the hotel to the annex building (apartments). Check-out also takes place at the Hotel Laguna (main building), but the transfer pick-up will be at the Laguna Garden (annex building).

Additional Note

A tourism tax, similar to a visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest locally.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions via schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before finalizing the booking.
