Please note that these apartment units are located in the Universal Laguna Garden annex building, approximately 350 meters away. Guests booking an apartment will be dropped off by the transfer bus for check-in at the Hotel Laguna (main building). The hotel will transport the luggage to the annex building (apartments). Check-out also takes place at the Hotel Laguna (main building), but the pick-up for transfer will be at Laguna Garden (annex building).

Additional Information

A tourist tax, similar to a local tax, is to be paid by the guest on-site.
Depending on the hotel category, it amounts to €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
During the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Minors traveling alone are not permitted. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions via Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
