Customers who have booked an apartment will be dropped off by the transfer bus for check-in at Hotel Laguna (main building). Luggage will be transported from the hotel to the annex building (apartments). Check-out also takes place at Hotel Laguna (main building), but pick-up for transfer will be at Laguna Garden (annex building).

Destination information

A tourism tax, comparable to a local visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it amounts to € 2.20–4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person for those aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (Nov 1st–Apr 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the person making the booking is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions via Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
