A family resort completely reconceived and extensively redesigned in the winter of 2023/24, featuring 656 renovated and comfortable suites spread across 3 floors and 24 residential blocks. In the 3 spacious courtyards, there is a swimming pool landscape, a splash pool, and the water park with various exciting water slides (2 of which have height restrictions). Use of this water park, the largest in a hotel on the Balearic Islands, is included for hotel guests. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included in all pool areas. In a section of the resort, you will find the exclusive MAGNUS area with its own restaurant. The rest of the hotel complex offers a spacious lobby with reception, a comfortable seating area, a buffet restaurant, McKevitt's Sports Bar à la carte (not included in All-Inclusive; for guests in MAGNUS rooms with a stay of 7 nights or more, one dinner per 7-night stay is included; all guests receive a 20% discount on drinks), and a pool/snack bar.

Completely renovated and modernly furnished, consisting of a combined living room/bedroom with 2 sofa beds and a separate bedroom. Equipped with shower, WC, hairdryer, minibar (for a fee), air conditioning, TV, and rental safe. Balcony or terrace (approx. 30m², code S2). Also bookable with pool view (POS) or as a Suite Baby with equipment suitable for babies and toddlers (OBX).
Available for single use at an extra charge (S1).

The orange and yellow speed slides are only permitted for guests with a minimum height of 150 cm. A minimum height of 120 cm is required for the use of the other colorful and white slides. Destination information

A tourism tax, comparable to a local visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on-site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is € 2.20 - € 4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person for those aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the person making the booking is obliged to inquire about any additional conditions that may apply via Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
