Located in a central and lively area, only approx. 500 m from the beautiful, fine sandy beach of Calvià Beach. Numerous shops and entertainment venues, as well as bars, cafes, and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The island's capital, Palma, is approx. 20 km away.

Family resort completely redesigned and elaborately refurbished in winter 2023/24 with 656 renovated and comfortable suites spread across 3 floors in 24 residential blocks. The 3 spacious courtyards feature a swimming pool landscape, a splash pool, and the water park with various exciting water slides (2 of which have size restrictions). The use of this largest water park in the Balearic Islands within a hotel is included for hotel guests. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included in all pool areas. An exclusive MAGNUS area with its own restaurant is located in one section of the complex. The rest of the hotel complex offers a spacious lobby with reception, a cozy lounge area, a buffet restaurant, McKevitt's Sports Bar à la carte (not included in All-Inclusive, one dinner per 7 nights of stay is included for guests of MAGNUS rooms with a stay of 7 nights or more. All guests receive a 20% discount on drinks), and a pool/snackbar.

Completely renovated and modernly furnished, consisting of a combined living/sleeping area with 2 sofa beds and a separate bedroom. Equipped with shower, WC, hairdryer, minibar (for a fee), air conditioning, TV, safe (rental). Balcony or terrace (approx. 30m², code S2). Also available with pool view (POS) or as a Suite Baby with amenities suitable for babies and toddlers (OBX).
Also available for single use at an extra charge (S1).

The orange and yellow speed slides are only permitted for individuals 150 cm or taller. A minimum height of 120 cm is required for the use of the other colored and white slides. Destination Information

A tourist tax, similar to a city tax, is payable locally by the guest.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
During the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking registrant is obligated to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
