Location

The quiet apartment complex is located in the northeast of Mallorca in the popular holiday resort of Cala Ratjada. The nearest bathing bay, Cala Gat, with a beautiful sandy beach surrounded by pine trees, can be reached after about a 15-minute walk. The town center with shopping and entertainment venues as well as discos, bars, and restaurants is approximately 200 m away.

Facilities

The complex consists of three adjacent buildings with a total of 111 rooms. The main building offers a reception with rental safes, a cozy bar, a cafeteria, and a spacious and modern restaurant. There is no elevator in the three buildings.
In the well-tended outdoor area, there is a large pool with an attached sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols.

Destination information

A tourism tax, comparable to a local visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it amounts to € 2.20-4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person from 16 years of age.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.) the tax is reduced by 75%.
