Location

The quietly located apartment complex is situated in the northeast of Mallorca in the popular holiday resort of Cala Ratjada. The nearest bathing cove, Cala Gat, with a beautiful sandy beach surrounded by pine trees, is about a 15-minute walk away. The town center with shops and entertainment facilities, as well as discos, bars, and restaurants, is approximately 200 m away.

Facilities

The complex consists of three adjacent buildings with a total of 111 rooms. The main building offers a reception with safety deposit boxes, a cozy bar, a cafeteria, and a spacious and modern restaurant. There is no elevator in the three buildings.
In the well-maintained outdoor area, there is a large pool with an adjoining sun terrace with loungers and parasols.

Single room without balcony

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are available for single occupancy and do not have a balcony (EO).

Located in the main building, the studios have a combined living/sleeping area with two single beds, a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, safety deposit box, air conditioning, kitchenette, and a balcony. (S12/S13)

Destination information

A tourism tax, similar to a tourist tax, is to be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
