Location

The aparthotel complex is quietly located in the popular resort of Cala Ratjada in the northeast of Mallorca. The nearest bay, Cala Gat, with a beautiful sandy beach surrounded by pine trees, is about a 15-minute walk away. The town center with shops, entertainment, discotheques, bars, and restaurants is approximately 200 m away.

Facilities

The complex consists of three adjoining buildings with a total of 111 rooms. The main building offers a reception with safety deposit boxes, a cozy bar, a cafeteria, and a spacious and modern restaurant. There is no elevator in the three buildings. The well-maintained outdoor area features a large pool with an adjoining sun terrace equipped with loungers and parasols.

Double room

The double rooms, located in the adjacent building, are equipped with a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, a safety deposit box (at reception), and a balcony or terrace. Room code: D. Double rooms for single occupancy (DE) and with an extra bed (DZ) are also bookable for an additional charge.

Single room without balcony

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these can be booked for single occupancy and do not have a balcony (EO).

Economy room without balcony

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are bookable at a reduced price and do not have a balcony (SOZ).

Studio

Located in the main building, the studios feature a combined living/sleeping area with two single beds, a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, safety deposit box, air conditioning, kitchenette, and a balcony. (S12/S13)

Additional information

A tourism tax, similar to a visitor's tax, is payable locally by the guest.
Depending on the hotel category, it amounts to €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of your stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
