Lage

The quietly located apartment complex is situated in the northeast of Mallorca in the popular holiday resort of Cala Ratjada. You can reach the nearest bathing cove Cala Gat with a beautiful sandy beach surrounded by pine trees after a 15-minute walk. The town center with shopping and entertainment facilities, as well as discotheques, bars and restaurants, is about 200m away.

Ausstattung

The complex consists of three adjacent buildings with a total of 123 rooms. The main building offers a reception with safety deposit boxes for rent, a cozy bar, a cafeteria, and a spacious and modern restaurant. There are no elevators in the three buildings.
In the well-kept outdoor area, there is a large pool with an attached sun terrace with loungers and parasols.

Zusätzlicher Hinweis

A tourism tax, similar to a spa tax, is to be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
