Location

The quietly located apartment complex is situated in the northeast of Mallorca in the popular holiday resort of Cala Ratjada. The nearest bathing cove, Cala Gat, with a beautiful sandy beach surrounded by pine trees, is about a 15-minute walk away. The town center with shopping and entertainment facilities, as well as discotheques, bars, and restaurants, is approximately 200 m away.

Facilities

The complex consists of three adjacent buildings with a total of 123 rooms. The main building offers a reception with safety deposit boxes for rent, a cozy bar, a cafeteria, and a spacious and modern restaurant. There is no elevator in the three buildings.
In the well-kept outdoor area, there is a large pool with an adjoining sun terrace with loungers and sunshades.

The double rooms, located in the side building, are equipped with a bathroom with shower/toilet, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, a safe for rent (at the reception), and a balcony or terrace. Room code: D

Single Room without Balcony

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are available for single occupancy and do not have a balcony (EO).

Economy Room without Balcony

Studio

Located in the main building, the studios have a combined living/sleeping area with two single beds, a bathroom with shower/toilet, hairdryer, satellite TV, a safe for rent, air conditioning, a kitchenette, and a balcony. (S12/S13)

Destination Information

A tourist tax, similar to a local tax, is to be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
