Separated from Son Moll Bay only by a narrow coastal road. The lively center of Cala Ratjada can be reached after a short walk, offering numerous shopping and entertainment options. The harbor promenade with its many bars and cafes is particularly inviting for a stroll. The airport is approximately 80 km away.

The holiday complex, designed in Mallorcan villa style, comprises 195 comfortable units spread across the main building and several two-story bungalow buildings (no elevator). Nestled in spacious, well-kept gardens, the accommodation offers a quiet and relaxed holiday atmosphere. Generous pool areas with separate children's pools, sun terraces, a separate quiet pool, as well as sunbeds and umbrellas (towels available for a deposit, exchange for a fee) invite you to relax. A pool and snack bar with a terrace and a show stage provide enjoyment and entertainment. The main building houses the reception hall with a reception, cozy seating areas, a TV lounge, a bar with a terrace, and a restaurant with a spacious outdoor terrace.

Additional information

A tourism tax, similar to a spa tax, must be paid by guests on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
During the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the travel applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
