Separated from Son Moll Bay only by the narrow coastal road. The lively center of Cala Ratjada can be reached after a short walk. Here you will find numerous shopping and entertainment facilities. The harbor promenade with many bars and cafes is particularly inviting for strolling and people-watching. The airport is approx. 80 km away.

The holiday complex, designed in Mallorcan villa style, comprises 195 comfortable living units, spread across the main building and several two-story bungalow buildings. Nestled in a spacious, well-kept garden, the accommodation offers a quiet and relaxed holiday atmosphere. Generous pool landscapes with separate children's pools, sun terraces, a separate quiet pool as well as sun loungers and umbrellas (towels for a deposit, change for a fee) invite you to linger. A pool and snack bar with a seating terrace and a show stage provide enjoyment and entertainment. The main building houses the reception hall with reception, cozy seating areas, a TV lounge, a bar with a terrace, and a restaurant with a spacious outdoor terrace.

Rich breakfast buffet from 08:00-10:30, as well as lunch (from 12:30-14:30) and dinner with varied buffets with show cooking (from 18:00-21:00), themed evenings and specialty buffets – including drinks during meals. Additional Information

A tourism tax, similar to a city tax, must be paid locally by the guest.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before concluding the booking.
