Separated from Son Moll Bay only by the narrow coastal road. The lively center of Cala Ratjada can be reached with a short walk, offering numerous shopping and entertainment opportunities. The harbor promenade with its many bars and cafés is particularly inviting for strolls. The airport is approximately 80 km away.

The holiday complex, designed in Mallorcan villa style, comprises 195 comfortable units spread across the main building and several two-story bungalow buildings. Nestled in extensive, well-maintained gardens, the accommodation offers a peaceful and relaxing holiday atmosphere. Generous pool areas with separate children's pools, sun terraces, a separate quiet pool, as well as loungers and sunshades (towels available for a deposit, exchange for a fee) invite you to relax. A pool bar with a seating terrace and a show stage provide enjoyment and entertainment. The main building houses the reception hall with a reception desk, cozy seating areas, a TV lounge, a bar with a terrace, and a restaurant with a spacious outdoor terrace.

Additional Information

A tourism tax, similar to a city tax, must be paid by the guest on-site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
During the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not permitted. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions via Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
