The hotel offers 560 rooms in five buildings, each with an elevator, a lobby with reception, café, 2 bars, and 2 restaurants (1 themed restaurant open from July to August). Outside, there are 5 pools and several terraces with sun loungers, a pool bar (open July-August), and a snack bar (open July-August).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet form with hot and cold dishes. Snacks from 11 am – 6:30 pm. Non-alcoholic beverages are included between 11 am – 11 pm (from the dispenser).
Due to a decree by the Balearic government, the serving of alcoholic beverages has been limited. Only three alcoholic beverages per guest (table wine, beer, as well as drinks from the dispenser) may be provided per lunch and dinner. All other alcoholic beverages – including those between meals – must be paid for regularly.

Additional note

A tourism tax, comparable to a local tourist tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it amounts to € 2.20-4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person from the age of 16.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not legal guardians, the travel applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions via Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before concluding the booking.
