The hotel offers 560 rooms in five buildings, each with a lift, a lobby with reception, café, 2 bars, 2 restaurants (2 thematic restaurants open from July-August). Outside there are 5 pools and several terraces with sun loungers and a pool bar (open July-August), as well as a snack bar.

Superior Double room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are located in the "Copacabana" building or the villas (no customer preference). (DSU). Also available for single occupancy at an additional charge (DSE). (Room size approx. 15 m²).
Also bookable as Type A (DAS, DAE) or Type I (DSI, SIE) at the daily rate.

Family room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these have additional sleeping options and are slightly larger (DF2). (Room size approx. 18 m²).

All Inclusive light

Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet with cold and hot dishes. Snacks from 11 am to 6:30 pm. Non-alcoholic drinks are included between 11 am and 11 pm (from the machine).
However, due to a decree from the Balearic government, the serving of alcoholic beverages has been limited. Only three alcoholic drinks (table wine, beer, and drinks from the machine) per guest are allowed with lunch and dinner. All other alcoholic drinks – including between meals – must be paid for as usual.
Appropriate attire is requested (long trousers and no sleeveless t-shirts for men).

Sports Included

Tennis, table tennis, archery, mini golf, volleyball and basketball (deposit required).

Additional Note

A tourism tax, similar to a resort fee, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, this amounts to €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the fee is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the fee is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions via schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before finalizing the booking.
