The hotel offers 560 rooms in five buildings, each with a lift, a lobby with reception, cafe, 2 bars, 2 restaurants (2 thematic restaurants open from July-August). Outdoors, there are 5 pools and several terraces with sun loungers and a pool bar (open July-August), as well as a snack bar.

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are located in the “Copacabana” building or the villas (customer request not guaranteed) (DSU). Also bookable for single use at an additional charge (DSE). (Room size approx. 15 m²).

Family Room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these have additional sleeping facilities and are slightly larger (DF2). (Room size approx. 18 m²).

All Inclusive light

Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet with cold and hot dishes. Snacks from 11 am to 6:30 pm. Non-alcoholic drinks are included from 11 am to 11 pm (from the dispenser).
However, due to a decree from the Balearic Islands government, the serving of alcoholic beverages has been limited. Only three alcoholic drinks per guest (table wine, beer, and drinks from the dispenser) may be served with lunch and dinner. All further alcoholic drinks - including between meals - must be paid for as usual.
Appropriate attire is requested (long trousers and no sleeveless shirts for men).

Sports included

Tennis, table tennis, archery, mini golf, volleyball and basketball (deposit required).

Destination information

A tourism tax, comparable to a tourist tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the travel registrant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
