Location

The hotel is centrally located above the marina. The beach is only about 400 meters away. Arenal offers a wide range of entertainment options with its numerous shops, cafés, and restaurants. A public bus stop with connections to Palma city is also located nearby.

Facilities

The adults-only hotel was renovated in 2018 and offers many attractive and modern design elements in both indoor and outdoor areas. The 245 units are spread over 5 floors. Guests benefit from a 24-hour reception, elevators, a buffet restaurant, and a lounge bar. The outdoor area features a pool complex with sun umbrellas and chairs, as well as a pool bar. There is also a great rooftop terrace with Bali beds (for a fee), a bar, and another small pool (available during the summer season, always weather-dependent).

Destination information

A tourism tax, comparable to a local visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it amounts to € 2.20-4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person for guests aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
