Location

The hotel is centrally located above the marina. The beach is only about 400 meters away. Arenal offers diverse entertainment opportunities with its numerous shops, cafés, and restaurants. A public bus stop with connections to Palma city is also nearby.

Facilities

The adults-only hotel was renovated in 2018 and offers many attractively and modernly designed elements both indoors and outdoors. The 245 accommodation units are spread across 5 floors. Guests benefit from a 24-hour reception, elevators, a buffet restaurant, and a lounge bar. The outdoor area features a pool area with umbrellas and chairs, as well as a pool bar. There is also a great rooftop terrace with Bali beds (for a fee), a bar, and another small pool (available during the summer season, always weather permitting).

Due to a new decree from the Balearic Islands government, the serving of alcoholic beverages within the booked all-inclusive meal plan is now limited. They will only be served in limited quantities (3 drinks per person/meal) during lunch and dinner. Beer and table wine are from dispensers. Any additional orders, even between meals, must be paid for separately.
An armband is mandatory to utilize the AI service.

Destination information

A tourist tax, comparable to a city tax, is to be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of your stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
During the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
