Location

The hotel is centrally located above the marina. The beach is only about 400 meters away. Arenal offers a wide range of entertainment options with its numerous shops, cafés, and restaurants. A public bus stop with connections to Palma city is also nearby.

Facilities

This adults-only hotel features many attractive and modern design elements both indoors and outdoors. The 245 accommodation units are spread over 5 floors. Guests benefit from a 24-hour reception, lifts, a buffet restaurant, and a lounge bar. The outdoor area includes a pool complex with sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as a pool bar. There is also a fantastic rooftop terrace with Bali beds (for a fee), a bar, and another small pool (available during the summer season, always weather-dependent).

Destination information

A tourism tax, comparable to a local visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it amounts to € 2.20–4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person for guests aged 16 and over.
The tax is reduced by 50% from the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation.
In the low season (Nov 1st–Apr 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the person making the booking is required to inquire about any additional applicable conditions through Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
